We stayed here for a family of four trip for one week. The location was great, it was easy to walk to the historic center and to restaurants, sites, grocery, etc. The home is in a gated residential community, so very quiet and safe. The home had everything we needed, very comfortable and everything was in good working condition. Our kids enjoyed the pool when we were not sightseeing. The cleaning service was great and they came when convenient for us. The host was very responsive when asked for recommendations on hikes in the area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Antigua and this was a great place to unwind at when we were done for the day.

Would recommend staying here for large groups . We loved our stay. The road to the location was not as bad as reviews mentioned. We had an experienced driver who knew his way. Upon arrival Don Rojelio greeted us and assisted with our luggage’s. He was very knowledgeable ,connected us to a private lancha and was always responsive to our needs. We hired Cristina services for meals and were great. The views are phenomenal. Ghada was also very responsive. Thank you for the stay we hope to stay here in the future!

Great quiet stay. It was nice to be able to leave the front windows open the entire stay. It was that quiet. Yet still 15 minute walk to the heart of the city. Kitchen was small but as shown in the photos. 2 of the burners work pretty well. The couch is a little different than in the photo, it’s a bit smaller. Nice having two beds. Place was clean. Quick communication. Thanks for the great stay.

Loved this place. Stayed here with our four small children. Felt extremely safe and relaxed. Beautiful surroundings and very enjoyable experience. Host was super helpful and proactive! He helped us get a private boat set up, massage therapist, private cooks, etc. highly recommend.

More beautiful in person! Highly recommend. Responsive host. Good balance between beautiful view and price. You’re about 30 mins from panachael via taxi or tuk tuk. The host has recommendations for everything to get you settled. I would revisit again in a heart beat.

Adolfo, is the best host you can find, excellent Respond time, suggest and coordinate transfers, excursions, dinner, thanks to him our time in lake Atitlan was unforgettable

The place was exactly as described . everything needed was in the studio. I personally found the location a bit too noisy. what did my stay really good was : Marie and Carmen who work there. Very hard working, helpful and always with a big smile .

Very nice villa, according to the photographs, the house was very well decorated and clean, the caretakers are very friendly and Ricardo is always attentive, very close to the center of Antigua Guatemala. Very good stay. I would give you a plus if the rooms had AC otherwise 10/10

It's a nice place! Private and secure. My nephew loved the heated pool. It's walkable to the outer rim of Antigua, but maybe slightly too far to walk to the center (definitely doable, but with Uber so cheap and the free shuttle, it's just not worth it). I'd stay here again.

The house: impeccable, the place: super quiet and conveniently located, the host (Lucia) was super attentive to everything we needed and even more than what a super host does. Our experience was very good and we had an amazing time in this place, definitely if I have to return to Antigua and its surroundings, I would choose this amazing house again. The photos don't do it justice, you have to see it! 😃
