Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Chillum

What a gem of a find in DC! We were a family of 7 exploring DC for a few days and it was perfect for our group of adults and teenagers. While we didn't use it, the parking spot in the back of the house is a great feature (particularly for anyone who'd like to avoid the multiple stairs up to the front door). Two of the three bedrooms on the second floor are a bit small which was fine for a short stay but might be tight if we had more belongings in the room. Our teenage children really liked the separate basement level space with the queen bed, pull out sofa, own TV and bathroom. We would stay here again!

Elisa’s place is perfect for a family. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone, fully functioning kitchen, fenced backyard, & lovely decor. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with nice homes. We felt quite at home here for our Christmas stay.

Jennifer was super responsive and super helpful!! 5 star host. The home was big and great for our family get together. We enjoyed our stay. Would surely recommend to others

Wonderful, huge house for my entire family for the holidays! Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, and space to hangout. Great location, close to DC, shopping, groceries, coffee, parks, and more. Tyler is an attentive, thoughtful host. I would highly recommend!

This is a clean, bright and modern home with great space for families. It was perfect for us and we will most likely book here whenever we need a place to gather in the area.

Everything was just perfect. There's not a single thing I would change. There was plenty of space for our large crew, and we were able to walk to the stadium (30 min)! The instructions sent were detailed and precise; the instructions in the house covered everything we could have needed to know. We don't get down that way much, but it was so comfortable and fun I am considered planning a trip just to use the house again!!

Spacious, conveniently located house with beautiful views of the South River. Nicely furnished with antiques. Gracious and responsive host. As others have noted, stairs to second floor are steep and not suited to those with mobility issues.

The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe in the surroundings. Elaine communicated with me very well, and took care of any issues right away. We would definitely stay at the home again.

Courtney’s place was the perfect spot for my visit to DC with my son. We are relocating to SC and wanted a stay in a neighborhood to give us a feel for living in the city. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe & conveniently located. We enjoyed walking to the shops nearby. The unit was spotless and very cozy. It had everything that we needed. It was private and Courtney’s family made us feel at home. I was especially grateful for the parking spot because parking is limited in that area.

Had an amazing stay at Melissa's. Everything was as described in the listing! She even gave me a parking pass for street parking. Looking forward to a future stay!

Apartment was in ideal location. Situated in quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of Union Station as well as several restaurants and coffee shops. Perfect launching point for a great weekend stay in DC. We are a family of six and were still very comforable and felt at home in really nice clean apt. Thanks for a great stay!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated with everything I needed for a seamless visit. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, which made the experience even better. Traveling downtown for work was a breeze thanks to the convenient metro access nearby. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Stay was great had no issues with anything getting around DC from the place is easy once you get the hang of the metro. If you are traveling with 4 or 5 if kids you won’t find a better place both location and price.

We had a very nice stay at Rayna’s place. It felt warm and welcoming and had all the amenities you could ask for. We highly recommend staying there and would go back again.

This condo is centrally located and easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and a walking trail. Unit was clean and comfortable. I worked remote during my time there and the space was well set up. Mark was very flexible and provided very clear instructions.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this condo. Perfect space to spend time with friends and an easy Uber ride into the city to watch the playoff game!

Clean space located in a very quiet neighborhood. Willie is a quick and responsive host. If you are a light sleeper, be advised that you can hear the tenants upstairs walk around. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.
