We rented Casita Panama for a week; from the beginning, communication with Carlo was straightforward. We had a delay at the airport and arrived later than expected, but Carlo was very understanding and had no problem meeting us late to give us a tour of the house and the key. He also took the time to recommend some great restaurants and must-see spots in Chihuahua. The house was clean when we arrived and always had hot water. I recommend Casita Panama for a relaxing vacation.
