We had a very nice time in the accommodation of Sandra and Franziska. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel right at home! The amenities exceed all expectations and surprised us very much. A lot of effort is put into it and emphasis is placed on special features. We've never experienced it like this before. On the cozy balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains you can have a great breakfast or end the day! Had a great time!

Our stay at Markus's was great! For us, the starting point was perfect for our (racing) bike tours and hikes - directly from the front door to the Hochries and Kampenwand. The apartment is wonderfully equipped and a small oasis (the coffee machine makes the start to the day perfect; coffee beans are also available) Thank you :-)

Our stay at Toni and Julia's was very great. Both were very friendly and always helpful. The location right on the lake was great, we could reach everything from there on foot or by bike. We are very happy to have chosen their place.

We felt very comfortable in the clean, well-equipped apartment. Super check-in, parking at the house, sparkling clean accommodation. Many possibilities for leisure activities and excursion destinations. We spent New Year's Eve in the Steghouse in Gstadt, can fully recommend it. For 2 women, we missed a full-length mirror. Otherwise, GREAT!!!

I spent a weekend in the place with two friends and we enjoyed it very much. It is very comfortably furnished and had everything you could need. Several supermarkets are within walking distance. The street on which the apartment is located was a little busier than expected, which is why you heard a lot of cars. However, only when the window is open. That's why it didn't bother us any further. All in all highly recommended!

Really nice and spacious apartment with garden access. Super equipped and very cozy. Fireplace, sauna and children's bedroom with toys. We felt very comfortable.

wow, what more can you say about this place. it is in the most beautiful location, hidden in the valley with wonderful views either side. Franz and family were lovely and accommodating, really helpful before arrival, and during my stay. I was working remotely for a few days, so did not get to enjoy the local bars and restaurants, but there was a very convenient large supermarket at the bottom of the road. Despite the wet weather, I went on runs and hikes in the area, crossing over the border into Germany, and the surroundings are beautiful. There also appears to be a very reasonable priced swimming pool nearby which i wish i was able to make the most of. Travel on the 180 bus from Salzburg Hbf was also very easy. Being able to enjoy the terrace come rain or sun made the whole stay very peaceful and enjoyable. there is a small kitchen to make some meals, the bedroom and living space is well equipped, and the private bathroom is also very good. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this Airbnb last week. The cottage has all the comforts – everything you need is present. The location is perfect: quiet and surrounded by nature, with beautiful nature reserves only 30 to 50 minutes drive. The view from the bedroom is fantastic – that's how you want to wake up every morning! The terrace is also a big plus: a nice place to sit, surrounded by tranquility, nature sounds and a beautiful view. Felix, the owner, is friendly, social and very helpful. The cottage is a bit noisy, but that didn't bother us at all. In short: had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, quiet place to unwind! The place was very clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped (especially the selection of snacks, toothbrush, additional coffee pads that you can take for money is positive to mention). The rural surroundings are fantastic – ideal for relaxing. The contact was warm and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.

Apartment located in a very nice neighborhood. There is a well-equipped kitchen and even a private wellness room that only we could use during our stay. Thomas was very kind and helpful during the trip, recommended local restaurants, and also prepared breakfast for us in the fridge for the first day. The neighbors are very nice, the view from the terrace overlooks the mountains. Overall the apartment was amazing, we highly recommend it!:)

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
