The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and well furnished. It’s truly a home away from home, with a full bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed, and a living room with a single bed. The layout can comfortably accommodate 4 people. More importantly, the apartment is within walking distance to all major attractions as well as numerous restaurants in the old town. The only drawback is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor but there is no elevator, which could be difficult for people with mobility issues or carrying large bags. The host is warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful. He goes out of his way to accommodate us during our stay. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Salzburg.

Michael was a gracious host and very responsive. From the first communication, he never disappointed and always responded quickly. He was also very helpful once we arrived with taxi help, etc. The apt was spotless and well appointed. But, the most important aspect of this apartment is the LOCATION. Within a few minutes walk of Old Town, we were in front of the Cathedral which is majestic. And in five minutes, you can walk to everything. Great location for popping back in to unload purchases or bathroom breaks. Old Town is gorgeous and this is where you want to be. If you are there on a Saturday, don't miss the farmer's market and try the sausages from the vendors. So authentic. I can't say enough about how wonderful Michael's place is. Again, location, location, location!!!

It is perfect for a relaxing vacation in a quiet environment, with larger cities nearby to explore.

Christian was very friendly. He greeted us when we arrived and spent time showing us the suite, and checked in with us when we left as well. Good communication and very accommodating. The suite was cozy, felt like home, and very spacious with everything you need. The location is peaceful and the view of Salzburg from the balcony is picturesque!

We booked a night at Lubica's. Everything was perfect. Lubica is a very welcoming host and takes care of everything down to the last detail for our well-being. Communication went well, Lubica is very responsive to messages. The accommodation is very clean. Everything is as described, very good for a person or couple. Lena's place was awesome. Great location, within a few minutes walk of the train station. It is also within walking distance to the Old Town center. The place was clean and comfortable and Lena made us feel welcome. Checking in was a breeze and entering/exiting the property was very simple and secure. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to go to Salzberg.

The place is very nicely located and everything is still like new! Cleanliness is very important to us and that was definitely a given. Communication is straightforward and responsive. They even actively ask if everything is as desired. We felt very comfortable and were able to relax well. We can recommend the accommodation without reservations or concerns!

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

The house was very good. The views were amazing. It was clean and spacious. Everything you would need for a stay in Salzburg area. Train station close by, along with buses into the city. Roman communicated with us quickly and sorted out the Guest Mobility Transport pass for us all. He met us on arrival and showed us around and pointed out places to visit and local amenities. Would highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home. The house is fantastic for a family and Roxana is an incredible host. she had arranged our public transport tickets that allowed us to catch the bus from the end of the street into Salzburg. She also surprised our 10 year old with balloons and decorations upon arrival for his 10th birthday. We loved our stay at Roxana's house, it was amazing.

We (4 gentlemen) were in Ruhpolding for an extended weekend of hiking. The place was an optimal size for the 4 of us. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we hadn't really thought about the width of the sofa bed, so it was a bit tight for 2 of us. Instead of reacting according to the motto "bad luck", the two of them directly remedied the situation and brought about a solution. Totally super and absolutely not a matter of course!! 😍 You could always count on getting a prompt response to any questions. The communication and organization in general was super relaxed and reliable. All in all a great place with great hosts!

Gorgeous, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, beautiful garden sitting area, walk to everything. Only tricky bit was dropping off luggage, backing out across bike path and into traffic was a little crazy! Parking a couple blocks away was ok. We got a spot, but apparently not always available. BUT, still highly recommend!

We had a 5 night stay in this wonderful apartment - it has to be one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. It is huge, very well appointed and perfectly positioned just outside the old town. Peter & Evelyn were perfect hosts, they have made this property feel like a home. The amenities provided in both the kitchen and the bathroom were unexpected and very much appreciated. The best feature of this apartment though is the shower! We absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Salzburg.

We had an amazing stay with our two dogs. The host even matched our custom checkin/out times (as we travel at night). Very clean and cozy, quiet location and amazing host. Very responsive and procative. Also, you get the whole apartment (bedroom, livingroom, kitchen and bathroom) for this price, which is great. We will definately book again!

Fantastic getaway We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful apartment and enjoyed the Chiemgau with beach day at Lake Chiemsee in the best weather! Everything is always worth a trip! Anne and Lorenz are super nice hosts. Check-in also took place in person at 10 pm. The apartment is very suitable for two couples! We'll be back!

Lovely apartment with a small garden. All amenities were provided. Very comfortable & nice. Opposite a bus stop which was very convenient. Gregor so thoughtfully even left us a bottle of wine!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.
