The house is beautiful, much better in person. It has everything you need to spend a few days feeling at home. Andrey was very friendly and very clear with all the information that was important for us to have, he was always very attentive to what we needed, he gave us excellent recommendations and his response was always online. Highly recommended for spending days with friends and/or family.

Our host was very helpful and always answered very quickly. She also recommended us the breakfast service that offered Mireya, which was a blessing; we were three families staying at Cosi’s place with kids, and can not express enough my gratitude to Mireya for her warmth, delicious food, and suggestions about the surroundings, besides she knows where everything in the home is and made our experience even better. If you are staying at Cosi’s place, I highly recommend to get Mireya’s service as well to enhance your experience.

The house is very nicely located, two blocks from the park. The biggest benefit is that it has its own parking lot, which in a town with so many visitors is appreciated.

We had a wonderful experience at this place. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Everything was perfectly organized and clean. But what really surprised us was the delicious food the lady prepared for us. It was a real pleasure for the palate. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. And communication with our hosts was excellent. In short, it was an amazing experience and we recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and conveniently located place. Katherine's apartment was an excellent place for us to stay during a medical trip to Colombia. It is just a 3-minute drive to the hospital, which was very convenient. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay; the beds are cozy, the hot showers have great pressure, and the kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. The hostess even provided a fan for added comfort during our recovery after surgery. The building itself is accommodating, and the security guards are very helpful with calling taxis and offering local suggestions. A large pool is available for guests, although it has limited hours. There is also a playground directly below the apartment, where children play happily in the afternoons. The playground closes at 6 PM to ensure a quiet environment for everyone. Additionally, there is a decent gym for workouts. The best part of our stay was the hostess. She was proactive, kind, helpful, and always available to assist us. Highly recommended.

Luz was a very gracious host, Ivan was also helpful and friendly! The view is one of the best, it can't be matched to any other. It's centrally located which was great! The welcome gift was very nice and the drinkable water saved me a lot of trouble. The residential gym is one of the best I've ever utilized and it even has a view! It's not the host's fault but I did find the infinity pool to have some odd accessibility issues even when it was supposedly open. Overall, Luz and Ivan were great and the apartment was very memorable. Gracias! :)

I had an amazing stay at Hernando’s apartment! The location is perfect—accessible and surrounded by vibrant bars, restaurants, markets, and close to the stadium. The apartment was spotless, exactly as shown in the Airbnb photos, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Hernando is an exceptional host—super friendly, responsive, and responsible, making the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend staying here!

This is a great place to stay, if you’re running errands or have to visit Centro International de Especialistas or El Pinar Clinic is very accessible and convenient. The place was immaculate clean, swimming pool was great, concierge and security staff are amazing. Clara & Miguel are super nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely on my next trip to Bucaramanga I’m staying at this place again 10 stars to this place. Great experience.
