this is my third time here in Mexico I come from the United States and this was the best place for truth the cleanest when you go out and turn off the air when you return to the house It does not smell moisture nor another very satisfied smell❤️❤️

It was 19 people including kids. Fit all of us comfortably. I would recommend only one person to shower at a time otherwise there won’t be enough water pressure and warm water for everyone. It was easy to get places from where we were. Could have probably also walked but it would have been about 1+ miles to get to the restaurants and shops. Enjoyed my stay overall

it is the second time we have stayed there, it is ideal for family biajes of more than 6 people , the whole place is very well and very well equipped

Mrs. Patricia and her husband are good hosts, people who care that we live an incredible experience for the people who visit this beautiful city, the house is a very cozy place with all the services very safe and spaces to be able to eat outdoors 100% recommended.

The place is very nice and we would come back. - It's a few blocks away from downtown, away from the nighttime noise, which helps you rest better. - The area feels safe for walking at night and pleasant during the day. - On the same block, there are very inexpensive places to eat and a small store, almost across the street. - My stay was more than four days and they did clean. - The shower water is hot enough. - There was a cleaning person who only came by once, and was always very helpful and kind. - Consider bringing shampoo and soap, as it only has hand soap. - My room had very useful kitchen utensils and a full water bottle. - Some rooms have a table and chairs outside the room to have coffee or chat. - They were friendly and accessible at all times, the way they have for arrival and access is very comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was that I could hear all the noise from the room next door

Excellent stay and service

We have had a fantastic stay at Luis apt. The location of the apartment is wonderful, easy walking distance to the center of town and very close to the fruit market. Luis is a WONDERFUL host and was excellent with communication and helping us understand San Cristobal. He has been the best host we have ever worked with. He is kind attentive and knowledgeable, even offering help with tours and services around the area. The apt was clean, cute and had everything we needed for our stay. It was much bigger than we originally thought, which was a nice surprise. The photographs didn't do it justice, we were very pleasantly surprised with how lovely the apartment was. The town of San Cristobal is a lovely stop, wonderful weather and so many friendly and helpful people around. We highly recommend Luis and his wonderful apartment.

The place is very nice to disconnect, there is a shop nearby. It would be good if there were more kitchen utensils, coffee, salt, sugar, etc. The area is perfect!

This was my third or fourth time at Estudios Kukul'Ik in the last 5 years or so that I have been traveling to San Cristóbal for work, and I've never been disappointed. Great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent internet connection.

I LOVED THE APARTMENT, IT IS VERY SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE, THE LOCATION IS MAGNIFICENT, IT IS EASIER TO LEAVE THE CAR IN THE BUILDING AND WALK THROUGH THE BEAUTIFUL STREETS OF SAN CRISTOBAL AND THE CENTER AND THE WALKWAYS ARE A 10-MINUTE WALK AWAY THE BUILDING HAS A LARGE, VERY SAFE PARKING LOT THAT HAS A WATCHMAN TO HELP YOU WITH WHATEVER YOU NEED AND IS ALSO ONE BLOCK FROM THE SQUARE WHERE THERE ARE SHOPS AND THE CINEMA THE TERRACE IS VERY NICE AND THERE IS NO NOISE I WOULD GO BACK MANY TIMES TIMES, ELY 'S ATTENTION IS MAGNIFICENT

It's a pretty clean and quiet place, the host always answered our questions and was flexible with schedules. We didn't have hot water, but other than that, the people were very friendly, the place has other things that the host doesn't put in, like a super nice field to play soccer, a coffee maker, tables, a rocking chair and drinking water.

We spent a month at this charming stay in the mountains. We have three children aged between 6 and 11. The place was great for them. Lots of light in the house, we loved working remotely in the kitchen/dining room. A lovely family park is a 10 mins walk from the house. We walked often to downtown San Cristobal, it takes about 30-40 minutes with the kids. Safe, warm, artistic, very quiet place. We would go back with great pleasure. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Excellent host, super communicative. The place is very relaxing, very clean, it is more beautiful than the pictures. Definitely if you want to clear up you have to visit the Mijito Cabin. My family and I loved it and Anabel's service was Excellent. My best experience renting an Airbnb. I'll be back soon!!!!

A great choice for a memorable family time. Super equipped for a family of 8 adults and 2 small children… Seriously the photos don't do it justice, it is beautiful and the view is unparalleled. We hope to return soon
