Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Chiang Dao District

This was probably our favourite place in Thailand. Prayad and Penchun(Fonthip's parents) were incredibly welcoming and generally lovely people. We immediately felt at home from the minute we arrived quite late after a long journey and they offered us a delicious dinner. We wish we could have stayed longer and shared more meals and nice conversations with them. We felt very privileged to share the idyllic space they have created together. Also the fresh coffee and fruit from their own gardens each morning were incredible. The place itself is in quite a rural location, but really easy to reach by scooter. And there are lots of things to do within half an hours drive, and Prayad gives great recommendations. It's a very peaceful and scenic location with a beautiful garden and very friendly dogs. The bungalow was spacious, with a comfortable bed, good air-con and clean, modern bathroom. Definitely a place to spend some time exploring the real Thailand away from the main tourist route

Very thoughtful and responsive. You can't find a better place to watch the sunrise. The villagers were so nice and made us feel welcomed.

This is a truly special place. We had the best time here, the cabin is the cutest space with lots of gorgeous touches and little details. It smelled wonderful. Waking up to the view of the mountain and having several morning coffees is one of our most memorable memories from our 2-month trip to Thailand. It was so peaceful. Chiang Dao is a very cool little place, explore and find little hidden gems everywhere. All the people we met were super friendly. You can walk to the hot springs and an amazing cafe which is a nice easy walk. Highly recommend a few nights here.

Quiet and cozy house. Lots of space. The living and working area is big and comfortable. Away from the main road and the noise. With a scooter, everything is accessible within 5 to 10 min. Was exactly what I wanted. Host super responsive and friendly.

Yidan’s farm was well marked and easy to find even in the dark. We were welcomed by her friends and got shown around - it felt like coming home. The bungalow is simple but it has everything for a short stay. The room was clean but the recent rain and the dusk hour meant there were a lot of bugs inside of the bungalow crawling through the gaps towards the light, so that was the only inconvenience - we managed to lure them out and they have not come back. It is co-loving with the nature after all. 😊 Everything we needed was available - washing machine, cooking utensils and the whole kitchen and tea/coffee station - the whole atmosphere was very welcoming and easygoing. The dogs and cats and other farm animals are super curious and keep you company! I'd definitely like to come back at some point later in the year. Thank you for your hospitality!

Namthip and Cedric are very good owners....fast response, friendly and very helpful...answer all the enquiries so quick and even help me to look for a private car driver. The house is clean...cosy decorated..and beautifully located by the streams...we went down to play and have lots of fun...Don't miss the thai hot pot dinner at the platform just by the streams.....we even set up a bonfire which is incredibly romantic 😂😂.....of course all the staff are very friendly and always wearing happy faces... but to be fair..some minor things to know that they don't have air conditioning which is a little bit hot at day time even in March...but turn cool after 6:00。 And you should not expect strong water supply for shower since that's up on the mountain...but i believe Cedric has really tried his best to fix it....
