Studio on the Quai de Caligny on the 1st floor with balcony, very bright and carefully decorated. Restaurants are located just at the bottom of the building. Beautiful harbor views. Naval Group is a 10-minute drive. For everyone's safety, we have installed a surveillance camera in the lobby that monitors the comings and goings. You will have tenants above your studio since it is on the 1st floor. There is no elevator and the staircase is narrow.

Isabelle is a kind, accommodating host. Great house with direct access to the beach. Great garden where we could let our puppy walk around. Quite area. Ideal for wonderful beach walks. The house is well furnished and the kitchen offers everything you need. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.
