Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin

Fabulous facilities, proactive host and everything we wanted was provided. It made the holiday a pleasure.

The corner of the pipelets is a nice tastefully decorated house. It is ideally located in a quiet area and in the center of all the sites to visit, the Manche and Calvados. We would definitely recommend Magali's house, a charming host who gave us some good places to visit. You can go there without a second thought

The place is clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired, is particularly noteworthy. The surrounding area is very quiet, the nearest shopping is about 2 kilometers away. Beach a kilometer away. Barfleur nearby is really beautiful.

The Hayloft is a lovely, peaceful, well appointed and spacious location to stay. With a beautiful garden and and plenty of space for parking it was pleasant to return here each evening. Pet friendly , though dogs need to be on a lead when outside, particularly due to the resident ducks. Inside the property was much more spacious than expected and also very clean and comfortable. The games room was a bonus with darts , a pool table and large tv, totally separate from the comfortable lounge area which had sofas and wood burning stove. We would highly recommend this property.

The house is beautiful. Decorated with so much love. Attention has been paid to every corner. We felt very much at home in this lovely family house. Nne is very helpful and very flexible, we received a day in advance that we were allowed to come when we wanted, very nice. Upon arrival there was a bottle of local cider ready and confiture. Fresh flowers in all rooms. The garden around the corner was lovely and the sea 50 meters away beautiful. Lovely bakery in the street and nice terraces and restaurants. The supermarket is also within walking distance and is located between the landing beaches. One perfect week in a magical location. Thank you Anne

Very pleasant stay in this Airbnb. Very close to the dunes and the beach, easily accessible on foot, I recommend it for a few days of disconnection.

Superb accommodation! Clean, great location. Loads of utensils etc including tea and coffee, the flat has everything you need. No private parking but parking locally was easy, exactly as Jade had described it. Lots to do within walking distance. I would highly recommend this accommodation for enjoying Jersey!

Responsive and friendly host. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and well-located in relation to the sea. The house is suitable for a family with 1 or 2 children (even with 1 baby). Also suitable for dogs where we could let our female dog roam in the large fenced garden. Looking forward to coming back for the beautiful days and enjoying the garden. We had a great stay with the family. The accommodation is very well thought out and very pleasant. Our children were able to fully enjoy the outdoors and games suitable for their ages. The Jacuzzi allows you to have a good relaxing time at the end of the day. The pretty shack is right next to the beach and restaurants. Morgane and Maxime are super responsive and very friendly. And finally, we had a very pleasant time! In short, it was great, we'll be back.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed a lot of things about our accommodation. It was very child friendly and our two year old loved playing with all the toys in the house, playing in the beautiful garden and also enjoyed stroking the cat who was a daily visitor. The jacuzzi in the garden was also a hit and the house was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful in giving advice and we enjoyed going to many of the places that they had recommended. The only downside was that when we arrived, not everything was as clean as we expected. Overall I would say we really enjoyed our stay at the property.

Very pleasant accommodation and close to the port of Barfleur or a large beach. The house is perfect for family or friends thanks to beautiful spaces between the veranda, the large living room and spacious rooms. The oven and fridge are sometimes a little noisy, but the kitchen is very well equipped! The garden is a real plus for children with lots of toys available. We'll come back if we have a chance.

Augustin was very approachable and helped when my daughter was poorly. Answered lots of questions before arrival. Lovely, quiet rural area. Pool was a complete winner. Garden large. Lots of space for children to run around. Beaches were always quiet and vast. We liked the local World War II museum, bakery, bicuiterie and beach bar. All about 20 mins walk or drive and find an easy parking space. If you are taking small children (the house has a great cot), I would advise to take a high chair and a stair gate. We did and it was handy to have. A lovely, sunny week in France. Thanks Augustin….

We had a great time at Camille's, the house is very well arranged, spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the terrace which is very pleasant in the shade of the pine trees. We won't hesitate to go back. 😊
