Nice place in a gated community in Cumbaya. Well worth what I paid. Very safe and peaceful. Javier was a great communicator and his family who lives on the bottom level is very friendly. Great internet for remote work. I would stay here again for sure.

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

The apartment is very beautiful to my family and I loved it, the beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean, a very well equipped kitchen for those who want to cook, the perfect location and communication with Pablo was always very easy and quick he was always aware of our stay.
