You will enjoy the swimming pool heated to 28°, the pétanque court, the ping pong table and the wooded garden as well as other activities. An enclosed garden is next to the terrace for the safety of children We will be happy to welcome you and accompany you during your stay.

We welcome you to this completely refurbished and fully equipped former workshop for a completely independent stay in Châteaubriant. Very bright, this ground floor accommodation facing a large garden will allow you to enjoy it on sunny days and stay in peace in Châteaubriant... Cyclists, a courtyard and a garage are available

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As you can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Parking is available on the street for free.

On your terrace, your private jacuzzi invites you to relax in 37°C water and enjoy a privileged view of nature. Our studio (with private entrance and private parking) is spacious and located on the floor of our dwelling house. It is close to the city center, close to shops, the castle, market halls... You will appreciate our accommodation for its calm, brightness and French billiards available for your use. Our place is great for couples and all guests.

New fully-equipped studio located in a property. View of the garden, greenery and nature. This very bright accommodation has its own independent entrance. Very quiet site, we would be very happy to host you for one night or more. Note: the bedding is excellent: we pay special attention to it.
