Joshua is a person who pays attention to details, you can tell by the care he takes in the apartment. The rules are few and clear, the result of common sense. I felt comfortable in the apartment and the only day I had a problem with the internet connection (which is very fast, in the range of 700mbps), Joshua solved it remotely in a few minutes! There are shopping malls and tons of places to eat. If you want to eat at home sometimes, the apartment is quite well equipped. I stayed for a month and it has all the basics you need for a long stay. The staff at the condo is very friendly too.

Not a first visit. It was great to stay at this place again. Host is very friendly and caring as usual. We love the location as per everything is very handy. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend for other small families.

This apartment is fantastic. Panoramic view, overlooking skyscrapers and an empty space with green grass and trees - just perfect to sit and enjoy the city. There's a pool on the same floor - it's very clean and has a bunch of beds around it. The room itself was clean, without any notes. Host is very responsive, usually I was getting an answer to my question within a few minutes. Can definitely recommend this place!

I stay in this condo multiple times with different hosts’ room but Monika brings my experience to a different level. Her place made me feel like home. Monika knows I need to work remotely so she proactively upgraded the internet package to meet my needs. Monika responds to my message in a reasonable reply time manner. Before we arrive, she pre check the room and make sure it meet her standard. Her room is full of home warming decor that she likes. Very secure condo and area with face scan entrance. During my stay, there was a tiny issue and I messaged Monika, she respond right away and provide a complete solution. She even came and visit the other day and greeted me in person. We have a great chat together and she show me around in the EmDistrict. I love this condo because there are 3 different exits to 2 major roads. In case one of the road has traffic jam, we can use another route to get out of the area. Condo provide free shuttle service to BTS station in every 15 mins

Bon immeuble même si l'emplacement est peu pratique. Même avec les fenêtres fermé nous avions constamment le bruit des voitures sur l'autoroute. Malgré ça la propriétaire était très agréable et réactive et l'appartement était confortable.

Arial is a fantastic host, courteous, ever helpful. Her condo is clean, conveniently situated, perfect for one or two people. Highlights for me are the gym and outdoor swimming pool in the complex. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice time at Sunee's house! They respond very quickly and always give answers. We live on the 4th floor. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with AC in each room. The house has multiple keys and security measures, which make you feel very safe all the time. PS, A nice cafe is located near the house, and you can also get a Thai milk tea there.

The place was nice. The host was super nice. Very responsive and easy to work with. The street is quite noisy and we had a hard time sleeping. Other than that all was well.

Ern was so helpful and responsive to my messages. The apartment is beautiful and absolutely huge compared to what I expected! Perfect walking distance to the train, shops and food. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again if I was back in Bangkok!

Tanya is a gem. She was very accommodating to our request and also very responsive to any questions or concerns we had even when she was out of the country. We were there for a concert held at Rajamangala Stadium and this place is near enough that it wasn't difficult to get back even when it's late at night. We're definitely gonna stay here again if ever we're coming back to Bangkok. Thanks again, Tanya! 💖

great place to stay. has everything you need. and walkable to nearest market, street stalls, cafes and 7/11. very convenient to met train station or motorbike and taxi services. very close to shopping malls. host is very helpful and responsive. must try. highly recommend

Kk and Sharon is by far hands down one of the easiest host to work with .Location was a 5 minute walk from BTS and 711 . Check in , response time , and helpfulness was all done promptly and efficiently. Would stay at his units again when I return ! . 100 % recommend

This is the best apartment I stayed at in BKK. The flat is massive and the wooden floor makes you feel at home. Overall amazing experience. Can’t recommend it enough.

Nivit was the best!! He provide us with free shuttle to and from his place to airport. Our flight was rescheduled but he incredibly great and give us place. The room was spacious on the top of the building i feel like in penthouse. it's way beyond my expectations. Definitely will go back to Nivit's place

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

This is easily one of the best Airbnb units we've ever stayed in. The location is very convenient—just about 5 minutes from the BTS station, though travel time can vary depending on traffic. The unit was cleaned daily, and the building staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Na and her team for going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of four and had everything we needed. The in-unit washer and dryer were a game changer for us, as we prefer to pack light and do our laundry during the trip. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who welcomed us warmly with a smile and took a moment to chat with us about where we were from. The unit is located in Soi 26, tucked away in a quiet alley that makes you forget you’re even in the busy Sukhumvit area—it was peaceful both day and night, and we slept very well. Overall, our stay made our trip to Thailand truly memorable.
