Perfect location, not too close to the city but not too far ! Loved the Cafe on the corner, went everyday ! There is also a really nice massage shop near the pool area !

it's my 2nd time staying! highly recommended as this apartment is in a very peaceful local community area. 7-11 is just 5 mins walk away and malls are just mins of drive away. Great place to stay!

love the decor, very authentic thai furnishing, the space is huge with a big living room for everyone to chill together. definitely fits any families who needs 3 bedrooms. perfect for group of friends too. P is always responsive and helpful and you cant ask for a better host than him. thanks!

Canon's place is beautifully done. The finishings on the interior design are lovely with textured plaster, styled lighting, colourful cement tiles, curvy doorways and warm timber. The sheets were very nice and towels fluffy. We loved the local area, it's a mix of modern and new. Some excellent restaurants and coffee shops around. Highly recommend.

-The apartment was extremely clean with a good set of furniture. I stayed here with my wife and 3 year old son and the bed was big enough for all 3 of us -Was super convenient to have a washing machine in the balcony. -Location is a 10/10 Midpoint to almost any location in Bangkok -And lastly, Luke is a brilliant Host Super responsive, very friendly and professional Will come back here again if ever I’m in Bangkok

The team was super super responsive and always there to help! The area is super local and only recommended if you are looking for calm and peaceful days, but then it's just perfect!! Water machine and washing machine were easy to use. Wifi was great! Thank you!🙏🏼

The address of the B&B is easy to find, there is a medium-sized 711 downstairs, convenient for buying breakfast and supper. 711 next door is a pharmacy, and although I didn't go in, it was reassuring to see it. It's a bit far from the MRT station, but there are small stalls near the station, and it's convenient to pack dinner/supper at night. Because I only stayed one night and had to catch an early flight the next day, it's a pity that I couldn't try the tourist spots and food the Host recommended. 30 mins from DMK Airport, easy to get a Grab even in the middle of the night. The room is as pictured, the toilet is also very clean, the bed feels a bit hard at first, but it's actually very good, I slept very well, haha. There is a laundry room downstairs but there is an additional charge. I had a great time in Bangkok for the concert and had a great stay. Perfect ending!!️ Bravo!

Chonny's place is very nice, clean, specious, near BTS station. Chonny was very nice, active with informations and very respoensful. Definitely we will come back next time. I recommend Chonny's place.

What a fantastic experience! Ben & Ndee’s apartment is truly outstanding and offers everything your heart desires – and more. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every comfort you could ask for. Ben & Ndee themselves were incredibly kind, flexible, and thoughtful. When my wife felt unwell, they kindly allowed us to check out an hour later without any hesitation. That kind of genuine hospitality really makes a difference. All in all: an A+++/ 5 star experience and service. We will definitely be coming back next year !

Kk and Sharon is by far hands down one of the easiest host to work with .Location was a 5 minute walk from BTS and 711 . Check in , response time , and helpfulness was all done promptly and efficiently. Would stay at his units again when I return ! . 100 % recommend

Nice place in the heart of Bangkok! Place was clean and clear instructions were given to enter the place. Pickup service from the airport can be arranged with additional cost as well but appreciate the service. 2nd room was small as per other reviews and location is about 5-7 mins walk to Platinum. There were two 7-11s located nearby which was good as well! Did not use the facilities but the guys did and said the pool was beautiful and gym was great! Slightly pricey but a good option for friends to stay together instead of staying in separate hotel rooms. Will recommend!

great place to stay. has everything you need. and walkable to nearest market, street stalls, cafes and 7/11. very convenient to met train station or motorbike and taxi services. very close to shopping malls. host is very helpful and responsive. must try. highly recommend
