Very nice house and garden, suitable for families with children. Ideal location, close to the city center and forest.

We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. So lovely to come back to this beautiful little studio. It is just flawless, from the well-equipped kitchen to the beautiful little garden and decor. Jean-Yves is the perfect host.

Tarik is a wonderful host. From the moment I booked, he was extremely responsive from start to finish. He met us at the house upon check in and walked us through everything. He even walked around the neighborhood with us, showing us where to buy food, drinks, local restaurants, and the best boulangeries to pick up our daily baguettes. He also went to the metro with us and helped us figure out how many cards and trips we needed to buy. He made himself available all the time and even offered to drive us to the airport because the taxis were having a protest. The house itself was very clean. All the rooms are described exactly as it is on the listing. Plenty of space for storage. All amenities were included. The gardens in front and back of the house are beautiful, worth sitting outside for a snack or a chat. My family of 9 adults and 1 child felt very comfortable. Checking out, Tarik helped us with all of our luggage and even waved down a taxi for us. We would definitely stay here again.

A fairly spacious place for a group of 10 people (3 families), we fit perfectly. We highly recommend it for other people looking for a large and comfortable accommodation in Paris. To get around Paris, we walked about 500 m to the nearest metro station (Chatillon) and from there about 30 minutes to get to places like the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Montmartre, etc. Overall we had a good time at Yohan's house.

Great stay! The house is pleasant, with its enclosed garden. Located next to a park, and close to the RER to get to Paris quickly There were 9 of us and each couple had their own room. 🤩

It was a very good time. Aside from the TV which worked a little as she wanted this very clean, a lot of amenities available, we were even able to do patisserie with my partner. Very pleasant host and flexi the whenever possible. I would highly recommend. A very nice airbnb experience.

Swann was very friendly and has helped us out with anything we needed. The location is peaceful, the accommodation is modern and clean. Few minutes from train station to the city centre.

Beautiful accommodation! The view is amazing out the front windows and the back windows. The floors are gorgeous and the cross breeze through the windows is wonderful at night. This was and will be a continued bnb for us because they have an elevator (very small but they have one)

As the many reviews read before our stay suggested, the hospitality, kindness, flexibility of our host were clearly confirmed. I would recommend it in a second.

If you don't know where to stay in Paris then this is the place for you. It's in a peaceful part of the city but still has the lovely architecture, loads of bakeries, great restaurants and easy access to the metro. It's also easy walking distance to the city centre and the stroll to enjoy the jardin de Luxembourg is a must. The apartment itself is lovely, really spacious and well designed to make it super comfortable and relaxing after a long day seeing the sights of Paris. It also has a large outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a quiet glass of wine. The instructions are super clear for checkin and the host was easy to communicate with. The only improvement I can think of might be a list of local recommendations in the apartment. Paris is a big city and it's always great to get some tips from a local!

Bagneux is very beautiful. The tulips in the gardens on the streets are beautiful. Cheap bars, restaurants, etc. The apartment has 1 beautiful balcony. Good elevator. Only the bathroom heater that I thought was going to fall on my head. Hygienic shower. Rare thing in Paris, beautiful bathroom and kitchen too. The spring bed is reasonable. Beautiful room. Great host. I recommend it, of course. I'm used to staying in apartments in Paris. Airbnb. This is the most modern modern so far. Thanks, Airbnb. I'm a guest and a host too.

We had a very enjoyable experience which was our first air b and b trip. We had everything we needed and the apartment was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Great location near RER Station for easy access to Paris and the locality has a beautiful park and the town of Sceaux in walking distance is worth visiting at least once. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Had a Great Stay during French Open. The Apartment is situated in the safe financial district and offers awesome skyline views from the balcony of the 26th floor. I assume there Are Not many Better places to wake up with a view on the Eifeltower or Sacre Coer! The whole Apartment is modern und spacious, checkin and Communication with Mhedi was brilliant. Absolut recommendation for those who Are looking for an extraordinary stay in Paris!

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
