A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

The mobile home under the Frêne is in the heart of Camping la Viotterie. Covered terrace with a table and a barbecue. The Frêne mobile home has 2 bedrooms. The first with a large bed and in the second bedroom, a bunk bed. There's also a couch in the room. It can easily accommodate 4 people, if needed a fifth. The moulin cottage is situated on the river in a stunning peaceful setting.. It has its own private garden where you can fish or just relax.. There is an outdoor and indoor pool in craon.. There are walks and bridle paths and we also have a lot of cyclists stay here. We supply either an English or French breakfast for €8 per person. Evening meals are also available on request...
