Frédérique was attentive to our needs. The place is beautiful, located close to places to visit. The house is typical of the area, offering all the comforts. The pool, nice, to cool off. A place close to everything, but quiet. We had a relaxing holiday, thanks to the wonderful garden.

The instructions received were very clear and sufficient to find the place easily. Despite my late arrival, I found the accommodation very clean and perfectly tidy, the bed made and the shower towel available. Communication is very easy and Emilie and Christophe are very accommodating.

An inconspicuous apartment. Not promising much judging by the entrance. However, it turns out to be very stylish and warm, even though it is made of cold stone. The host's welcome was very nice. The location in the village, so the bigger the car, the harder it is to maneuver and park, but in return, you can walk everywhere in 5 minutes.

we rented this studio for 2 for a weekend to visit the city of Grignan and its surroundings. I recommend this ideal studio for a couple or 1 single person. The terrace is perfectly sunny. The studio is clean and cozy. The bedding is of good quality for me. 2, 3 minute walk to Grignan city center.

The place is just amazing to spend some time together. Everything is super clean and tidy and the amenities are just amazing. I would 100% recommend it for a stay and lovers!

In the last year I had the chance to go to this place on each of my work trips (14 times to be specific), the hosts have always been very responsive, no accessibility issues. Regarding the accommodation, the setting is very pleasant, the apartment is made of good quality materials, the bed is comfortable and the bed linen is very soft which allows a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the flexibility for schedules, covered parking, view (even if the weather did not allow us to make the most of it). The accommodation is spacious and pleasant, with everything necessary to welcome us (coffee, nougat, juice, dishwasher tablets...) A place where we'd love to come back to.

Very welcoming host, made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. Apartment close to the city center, very clean, very clear, functional except in the kitchen level a little just in terms of utensils. The detailed listing is a great fit. This is a beautiful area and I would recommend this host.

We stayed a week in the little cottage and it was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of peace and quiet and a little sun in November. The place had an oven that made it even cozier in the evening. There are many small details that show that Fabian cares a lot about the accommodation and his guests. We would definitely come back. The apartment is very nice and functional. There is everything you need. In addition, we were greeted very nicely. We had our bikes with us and were able to reach the city easily in 10 minutes. A nice bike ride through the vineyards is also possible from there. We can recommend the property.
