The service was EXCELLENT! From the airport pick up down to the home service. This was my first time back home in 9 years with my whole family and we felt really safe in the neighborhood! The place is super clean, the staff is welcoming, and all the services attached to it like the car renting, the cleaning service and the food delivery was all on point! Without talking about the appartement that is super well design with high internet and excellent AIRCONDITIONNING!! I 100% recommend this place!!! I Will be back again for sure!!!

The place is just beautiful. Very well-equipped,extremely clean. The place smelled super good. Sufficient clean linen available. Many small touches from the host upon arrival. Nina is very proactive always seeks to reassure that everything is going well. Really no complaints.Just keep it up dear Nina.

I just stayed with the family at Frederique's apartment which is very friendly and comfortable. The on-site team is professional, responsive, and respectful. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable with good bedding. We will come back without hesitation! So I highly recommend it!

Glow was incredibly supportive, even late at night, providing detailed guidance via text messages to help me navigate the transportation to their place. The room was clean and comfortable, and she was always available for any questions. She even went the extra mile to arrange a money changer when I mentioned I needed to exchange currency.

This place is a real gem in Douala. Ideally located, it has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, all at a very affordable price.
