Very lovely home, brand new appliances, comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom/shower, but the only disappointing thing was the lack of cleanliness of the air conditioner vents and the master bedroom did not get very cool despite it being on full blast and not too hot outside (mid-November). I submitted pictures of the extremely dusty vents to the landlord so hopefully they clean it and then the place would be perfect. Very quiet with lots of grave sites all along the street.

Our stay was very relaxing! Miki was very responsive whenever we had a question or concern and the house was the perfect size for our family of four. The washer and dryer worked great and the A/C units were lifesavers haha. Walking to the nearest conscience store (Lawson) is a little over a 1 km round trip, so we opted to drive. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Okinawa!

My friend and I had an incredibly lovely stay here. The pictures do not do it justice. It was even more beautiful in person. It has everything we needed. We were able to enjoy a bath, do our laundry and even managed to squeeze some BBQ in with the grill they provided. The host was super kind as we had forgotten our water bottle. They contacted us right away and we were able to retrieve it before our next destination. We highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a private get away in this cozy and welcoming space.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Felt like a home away from home. Chikako is a fantastic host. She met us at check in and also came early in the morning at checkout so we could use the internal lift to transport our luggage. She also had helpful local recommendations. The izakaya restaurant just across the street is fantastic, we went back there a 2nd time as the food was so good! Would highly recommend Chikako’s accomodation!

We visited as a family group with a 3-year-old during the rainy season. It was so clean, comfortable, and enjoyable that my child wanted to go home and play rather than sightsee. I thought the host was very considerate of the guests, providing a ride for each child, not just one. Thanks to you, we had a great stay without any problems! Unfortunately, the weather was bad, but we enjoyed the house to our heart's content. Shinji, thank you for your support for our Okinawa trip, we will visit again!

It was a very comfortable place to stay, with new, clean water and bedding, while maintaining the atmosphere of an old house! There were careful notes on how to use the appliances, so even first-time users could use them without any problems. I'd love to visit again if I get the chance to come back to Okinawa!

When I checked in on the first day, I found that there was no toilet paper supplies to the host and contacted the host, and it was delivered to the door the next day immediately ~ The efficiency was quick! Stay here and feel at home, it's comfortable ~ The kids had a great time in the tent tatami area, the amenities have a washer and dryer are really convenient, you don't have to wash too much clothes after returning to the country, the most surprising is that there is an ion clip!!It was great for me😍 although there was only one bathroom, but there was a bathtub to take a bath, which was still good enough for our four big three sizes and a lot of water!All in all, this one is recommended.👍

Their place is truly out of this world - the amenities, the small details in the house, all the surroundings, the patio area, the big kitchen and all the stuff they have left there for us to use (for our cooking etc.) - we loved everything. Also, a great gesture, that they have welcomed us with beverages and food for the next morning (we arrived late at night). I would definitely come back and stay at their place again, in case I would come to Okinawa. Thank you so much for everything, you have made our stay unforgottable!

The house is stand-alone and within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and the Miyagi Coast. Those sleeping in the downstairs tatami room may find the street noise insulation inadequate (cars clunk a metal grate and conversations from walkers are easy to hear), but those sensitive to loud noises in general should avoid staying around Kadena Air Force Base, as the jets are very loud. Because the tatami mats are quite thin, double-stacking could support two single-sized beds. The bathroom is traditional in that it's a fully-tiled single room with bathtub and shower and easily-produced mold/marks on caulk due to this; if that irks you, you might prefer a hotel. The half-bath is adequate and was well-stocked with tp. The washing machine and dryer worked, a handful of towels were available, and the kitchen had silverware and paper towels as well as a microwave, coffee maker, large fridge/freezer, etc. We recommended this place to others after our stay, overall! A good deal!
