Vacation rentals with a patio in Chantepec

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need to have an amazing time, very clean. I liked the location. The only thing is that the pool is freezing, it's not used to the fullest, but there is a jacuzzi that helped balance it out because there were almost no people. When all the apartments are occupied, I hope they put heating in the pool to take advantage of it.

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

Very good apartment, super comfortable, 100% recommended

This is the most beautiful and relaxing place to stay. We arrived mid week and pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. It is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, and using the pool. We felt at home and well taken care of by our host who helped us connect with taxi to take us to the next town for the wedding we attended. Front office crew were also very helpful and friendly. Town is very chill and has several small stores to get vegetables and meat and snacks/beer just a couple blocks from the suite. It is on top floor but we appreciated the exercise and the magnificent views from the patio which is situated just right that it is perfectly shaded all day. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We loved the accommodation, the house is very large and has a very nice terracita. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the water was hot even at night that the atmosphere was cold. The rooms are very spacious and each with its own bathroom, excellent for large groups. The host makes you feel right at home. We're definitely going back.

An amazing place only a short walk from the main plaza. Very conveniently located next to bodegas, pharmacies, and other stores which helped immerse with the locals. 10/10 recommend.

The accommodation is beautiful, super spacious and comfortable. Follow Marcela's instructions to get there because the climb up the street for cars is very bad. There is no heating in the pool and the water is cold

I really like the place. Nearby spots in the riviera of Chapala, around 5 min to San Juan Cosalá and 20 min to Ajijic. The pictures are quite accurate and the host was always friendly and replied quickly. We would definitely go back to this calm and cozy place.

There are no words, it was a great experience, good service from the beginning, the house is amazing within a quiet, central and very nice residential area. Always being attentive is a very important gesture. The details made a big difference and it feels like home from the moment we arrived. Amazing!!!

Juan is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and checked multiple times to make sure that we had everything we needed. He also came by to meet us in person. His place is like your own home. He has provided everything you would need except food. All the little things like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, even dish and clothes detergent. All of his furniture and appliances are good quality. There is filtered water which is a big plus. We have already made reservtions to stay next year as a place like this is rare. Thank you Juan for providing such a nice place.

We loved this modern and beautiful apartment in a very walkable and quiet area. Was only here for the weekend and we had everything we needed to get ready for a friends wedding. We loved all the amenities the building had and enjoyed the great service the front desk provided. Plus side, there was a huge mall nearby. The only downside was the AC not getting as cold as we wanted but wasn’t a big deal. Would return again!

I would highly recommend this place. My stay in Alejandro's apartment was excellent, he was always attentive to everything and also recommended very rich places to eat and breakfast. The complex was a problem foreign to Alejandro; he is always very kind and very attentive to everything. If I returned to Guadalajara I no doubt stayed in this apartment.

Humberto's space is very nice, it has a good space and a nice terrace on both sides which allows a good light and feeling of spaciousness. Tube everything you need to spend a beautiful bridge.

We had an excellent stay! The complex was peaceful and beautifully maintained, and we really appreciated the relaxing pool and the fantastic location—close to everything yet still quiet and calm. Highly recommend 100%, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.
