Family-friendly vacation rentals in Chaniers

We went as a group of 3 and had a lovely stay. The accommodation was quiet, close to shops, restaurants and minutes from the beach. The accommodation is very good value for money, designed for 6 people with jacuzzi, tastefully decorated. I would recommend it! Thank you Aurélie.

Very quiet accommodation, very nice terrace. The amenities are accurate to the photos. Easy access secure parking. Self check-in and checkout with the key box.

Everything is relaxing. The old stone mill and its green environment for the eyes, the sound of the river and the birdsong for the ears, the smell of trees in bloom and cut grass. The mill is a 5-10 minute walk to all the amenities that the small medieval town of Pons offers. Louise and Michael welcomed us warmly, caring about our well-being in their home while preserving our privacy. We had a great weekend at Moulin Chaillou, we can only recommend it. We had a great stay, in a quiet place, very nice and the jacuzzi is a real plus in this accommodation which is super well located for visiting La Rochelle and its surroundings 😉

We had a great weekend with friends at Roz's. The house is very beautiful, clean, spacious. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels, etc.). Small touches were waiting for us, it's a plus that we really appreciated. The many activities available on site occupied us well, we did not leave the weekend house: pool, jacuzzi, billiards, ping pong, darts, etc. Small dedication to Bob who welcomed us very warmly!

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Great little house really perfect round window upstairs with a shutter so cute. perfect for 2 we had good weather so could sit outside and eat. The hot tub was lovely all working jets etc. I would have liked it to be slightly warmer temp in the evenings and there was no way to turn it up but when the sun was on it in the day it was perfect. I thought from the photos we were nearer to the sea/beach but it wasn't far and the whole area is lovely we travelled up to Royan on our bikes along mostly coastal paths and the cycle routes were very good safe and clear. We also travelled down to Tallmont which is beautiful you have to leave your bike outside the village to look around but the attendant even had a lock we could borrow because we didn't have one with us we did not realise we wouldn't be able to take the bikes in but it's well worth a visit. Everyone very friendly we had amazing sea food in st Georges great area of France to enjoy

We felt right at home. The hosts are wonderful and very attentive. Jean Michel took us to feed the chickens and collect eggs, and even took us to his house while Nadine cooked some delicious sweets that she shared with us. My 4-year-old daughter has been very happy. We went with our dog and she enjoyed the large space and garden. The house is super complete, it has everything. Rural location but perfect to visit the vineyards of Blaye. The jacuzzi overlooking the countryside is a plus.

Very nice accommodation, comfortable and functional, with a beautiful sea view. Beautiful direct beach access from the residence as well. Christina was very kind and welcoming, we really had a great evening with the family, we regret not being able to stay longer. Nothing to say, it was perfect, go there without so much as a second thought! Thanks again Christina 😉

As soon as we arrived, JP was there to greet us, smiling, kind and friendly. He showed us the place, which was exactly as described in the listing. During our stay he was very discreet although always available to our requests. If you are looking for a very clean, quiet and pleasant resort, close to the sea and the center of Royan. Colette was a perfect host! Since I was in the middle of a move, I had to drop off my moving truck to return it and I had no way to get back to Colette's. Colette directly offered to pick me up and it was a great help! I highly recommend it! Again thank you for your kindness!

i highly recommend this small studio, not too far from the beaches, restaurants, in a quiet area. the studio is clean, coquettish, very well equipped and the small courtyard very nice. If I come back to St Palais, my choice is right away.

We had a great time, the pool is worthy of a 4-star rating, green and peaceful property. Everything is in place to have a relaxing vacation and disconnect. Don't hesitate to collect small logs in the landscaped park to enhance your evenings during a barbecue (this one provided) and at the same time, don't buy charcoal because Patrick will be very happy as you will contribute to cleaning the priority 😊 A big thank you to Christine and Patrick Nath & Mika Signed: the budding artist 😉

We had a lovely break, staying in a well equipped beautiful Gite in fantastic grounds. The heated pool,games room and garden kept our teenagers entertained. Recommended :)
