We had a great time in this little studio. It is located in a beautiful residence and in a quiet area. Super easy to park the car on the street, there are always spots available. The accommodation is also very modern and very comfortable and pleasant. We were supposed to stay a week and in the end we didn't hesitate to renew for another week because it was so great! I recommend it :)

Very responsive host when we check in. He was waiting for us in front of the gate so made it easy for us to check in after a lot of road. Quick tour of the apartment and available. Perfect welcome. Quiet apartment on the ground floor without any vis-à-vis and clean and cocooning apartment. New and spotless kitchen and bathroom.

What we missed was the real windows. And the bed is not comfortable for my liking. But absolute cleanliness.

A very nice apartment to enjoy all the activities in the area. The town of Bourg Saint Andéol is central to visiting the caves and gorges of the Ardèche. Communication with Philippe is very easy and makes you feel confident!

Nathalie met us upon arrival to give us the keys and show us around the accommodation. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the SPA of Vals les Bains and just across the street from an excellent restaurant (local, seasonal and original cuisine). The apartment has been renovated with great taste and the bedding is of very good quality! I recommend 100% the stay at Nathalie's

Very nice accommodation in the center of Montélimar that allows you to do anything on foot. The accommodation is very new, the decoration is tastefully done, and it has all the comforts you need. I recommend it!

Sylvie is such a considerate host who met us on arrival and showed us around her beautiful home. She is one of the most responsive hosts we have met. The house was so comfortable, clean and in a great location. We loved the pool and outside area. We are a family of four with two teenagers and there was so much space for everyone to have their privacy. The kitchen was very functional and we also took advantage of the barbecue. We loved Avignon and the house is in a quiet location overlooking the Palais des Papes and the Rhône. We would definitely recommend Sylvia’s place. Merci Beaucoup Sylvie :-)

Our stay went very well. We were hosted very well by Franck. The house is located in a very quiet subdivision, and with beautiful opportunities for walks nearby with our dog. The house is very well maintained and well decorated. We highly recommend it.

Very friendly host, anticipates any difficulties that one might encounter, very responsive too. Our stay went very well. The only small downside is that the pool is not heated, and since we unfortunately encountered a very windy and cool week for early September, we could not enjoy it :/ Apart from this, everything went wonderfully :)

A magical house with unusual architecture, lots of light and space, decorated with a lot of stuff, placed in a way that tells stories in every corner. A nice walk leads to a river. The house is fully furnished, there is nothing lacking. A small pretty garden with plenty of seating is next to the house. We felt very comfortable and found it a pity to stay only one night.

Small, comfortable and well-equipped house, with the advantage of a terrace in the shade all day. The accommodation is also ideally located for exploring the region. The two swimming pools of the residence are very nice, especially for children. Thierry is available for any information and to recommend nice outings.

Joël was always responsive to our messages from our first exchanges until the end of our stay. Joel welcomed us, advised us. Very nice person! In addition, the listing perfectly matches the photos. Well-equipped accommodation located close to shops (including the Leclerc Drive 5 min away which is very convenient ;)!). Very pleasant and quiet terrace! No private parking space but several spaces within the residence for visitors, we were always able to park easily. Recommended ++.

La Perle studio was a wonderful place. Veronique and Pascal were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We were welcomed and hosted very generously. Fresh croissants, firewood and coal for the BBQ. The place is very well equipped and clean. We loved every minute of our stay and we would highly recommend the place. Fantastic people and fantastic place! We are grateful for such a beautiful stay. Great place, very clean and above all very well arranged and practical. The host really thinks of everything, even the baby's portacot and mattress. Very close to the city center and in an incredible setting

We especially appreciated the flexibility for schedules, covered parking, view (even if the weather did not allow us to make the most of it). The accommodation is spacious and pleasant, with everything necessary to welcome us (coffee, nougat, juice, dishwasher tablets...) A place where we'd love to come back to.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We traveled with a toddler and twin infants under 1 year old. The place was clean, beautiful, and well equipped. They were very accommodating and even arranged for us to have an extra crib for our second twin. The house is quiet, private, and in a safe place; however we were still just a 5 minute walk into town for all the restaurants and activities. Check in was a breeze. Everything was very well explained. The host was always available and answered questions very quickly. I feel very lucky to have chosen this place for our stay in Uzes. Merci!
