The Ventadou of Charbaud

Between Ambert and Saint-Amant-Roche-Savine The house, old farmhouse, is isolated in the middle of the meadows, 300m away from the hamlet of Charbaud, commune of Saint Ferreol des Côtes, small municipality of 540 inhabitants, in the heart of the Livradois-Forez regional natural park. The gite is fully restored with a shed serving as a garage for two cars and a small bike storage. My place is in the drill on a high plateau at an altitude of 1100 meters. Nearby are many rivers for fishing but also the body of water of Fournol. This area is very rich in hiking trails, on foot or in snowshoeing. Malvieille is known for its mushroom nooks! Pleasant wooded and flowery garden. A private area of 1,000 m² is reserved for you with barbecue, garden furniture, picnic table and covered terrace. Animals are prohibited.

On the ground floor of our main dwelling, come and discover this charming studio, totally independent and new of 40 m2, very bright and ideally located 3 km from the city center of Ambert.
