Perfect place to stay in the city center Bright, there is everything you need for a very nice stay.

We had a lovely stay in Nîmes. Boris' place was in a great location to do anything on foot, even with a child. The apartment was spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated and very functional. We took the restaurant/walks ideas from the welcome guide available upon arrival and were delighted! We would definitely recommend this property! It should also be noted that Boris was very responsive in all our exchanges, which goes a long way in traveling with peace of mind. A big thank you!

We had a great time in this little studio. It is located in a beautiful residence and in a quiet area. Super easy to park the car on the street, there are always spots available. The accommodation is also very modern and very comfortable and pleasant. We were supposed to stay a week and in the end we didn't hesitate to renew for another week because it was so great! I recommend it :)

Very nice stay at Nicolas's apartment, quiet and close to the tourist spots of Nîmes. The apartment has all the amenities you need. We were 2 adults + 2 children and we had enough space. Finally, communication with Nicolas was easy and enjoyable. I would recommned this property.

What we missed was the real windows. And the bed is not comfortable for my liking. But absolute cleanliness.

Stéphane gave us clear and precise directions to access his apartment which is easily accessible from the highway and ideally located near the heart of Nîmes without having to take the car. The parking space is a huge plus to this apartment. We'll gladly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nimes! The location was very convenient and we found we had everything we needed--iron, laundry, hair dryer, etc. Our only inconvenience was that the air conditioning was not very effective, and it was quite hot during our visit. But other than that, everything was wonderful! We especially appreciated how responsive and communicative the hosts were. They even went out of their way to find us a fan to use. The terrace was beautiful and we enjoyed lots of time outside.

Ideal for holidays with friends / family. The proximity of the pool to the terrace invites you to laze all day long. The house is ideally located in relation to the village (very nice) and also in relation to the Pont du Gard, in Uzes,...

A wonderful house very close to the centre of Nîmes, yet on a quiet street with a private a peaceful garden with a lovely pool. We were there in December/January so it was quite cold, but a few of us managed a few cold plunges in the pool, and one of us went in every day! Everything was very clean and comfortable, lovely comfy beds and it was equipped with anything you could possibly need. We felt at home straight away. A great layout for family get togethers - we were there over Christmas and we could all cook and eat and watch TV together. It was easily walkable into the centre with all the Roman historic sites, restaurants and lovely little bars, coffee shops etc, and it was close to the cinema too. Veronique was very helpful and got back to me promptly if I needed anything. It was a wonderful holiday. Thank you very much Veronique, we hope to return!

Small, comfortable and well-equipped house, with the advantage of a terrace in the shade all day. The accommodation is also ideally located for exploring the region. The two swimming pools of the residence are very nice, especially for children. Thierry is available for any information and to recommend nice outings.

La Perle studio was a wonderful place. Veronique and Pascal were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We were welcomed and hosted very generously. Fresh croissants, firewood and coal for the BBQ. The place is very well equipped and clean. We loved every minute of our stay and we would highly recommend the place. Fantastic people and fantastic place! We are grateful for such a beautiful stay. Great place to relax and enjoy the pristine pool and gorgeous garden. The studio is better than it looks in the photos, relatively recent, and well-maintained. I did not understand the layout in the listing, there are bunk beds in the entry area across from the separate WC and bathroom, leading to a decent-sized living/dining area and a small but functional kitchen. The queen-size (160cm) bed is upstairs on an open mezzanine level, TV is up there too. Comfortable linens on the beds. We appreciated the patio area, ours led directly to the pool. We spent a week there with our 7 yo granddaughter and there are lots of activities for kids, she also loved the pool. Frederic and Katy are very kind and responsive hosts.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We traveled with a toddler and twin infants under 1 year old. The place was clean, beautiful, and well equipped. They were very accommodating and even arranged for us to have an extra crib for our second twin. The house is quiet, private, and in a safe place; however we were still just a 5 minute walk into town for all the restaurants and activities. Check in was a breeze. Everything was very well explained. The host was always available and answered questions very quickly. I feel very lucky to have chosen this place for our stay in Uzes. Merci!

What a stunning apartment in a perfect position within historic Uzès. The apartment itself oozes character and charm and it was spotlessly clean, clearly well managed and with everything that was required for our stay. Madame Cala was flexible with our arrival time for which we are grateful and she was just a phone call/text away had we needed anything (which we didn’t). We enjoyed many hours wandering the medieval streets of Uzès as well as exploring further afield within the Occitanie region which is stunning. We are so glad we found this beautiful place to stay and would highly recommend this apartment and Madame Cala.

As always, everything went well in Gilles's building. The studio, like the others I was able to try, is functional and clean. Access is easy with key boxes and Gilles is responsive in case of problems. I'll be back regularly with pleasure:) The only downside of this studio: no shutter at the window, only a blackout curtain.
