The apartment was lovely, well equipped and nicer than the photos show. We had a comfy stay. Getting in with the key lock box was nice and easy.

The apartment is excellent! It became our second home for a while, we felt very comfortable. it is fully equipped, the rooms are very comfortable. The location is perfect, you have the station next door and the center with the market a few meters away on foot. We emphasize that despite being in a very busy place, the apartment is very well isolated so the outside noises are not heard. super recommended, and the host was very kind and willing at all times

We stayed for a week and had a comfortable and enjoyable time. When I first went to Google Maps by car, I felt that check-in was not easy because I guided them to the wrong place, but I was thankful that the host responded quickly. It is a neat and modern style house. I recommend it

Beautiful functional accommodation, in good condition and comfortable; balcony on the mountain range and in a very well-maintained condominium and very quiet neighborhood. A little far from the LAKE, it takes a car; same to fight against the city. Intended for 4 people but ideal for two or couple with a child. Attention building and quiet neighborhood; if you have noisy children or animals, to avoid. Very well located to shine throughout the beautiful region; enough to take care of at least 10 days.

The place is peaceful and welcoming. Long live the countryside and tranquility . Comfort is at the rendezvous and I recommend staying at any time .

A perfectly located house for a wonderful family holiday on Lac d’Annecy. An easy walk to the safe swimming beach of Talloires, close to shops with all essentials including a gorgeous and excellent boulangerie - as well as a number of excellent hikes. No need for a car - the public bus was excellent and free during the peak summer months, and there is a ferry to other lakeside towns and Annecy. All makes for a very relaxing holiday!

The house, the location, Arnaud and madam at the top. Very cool, very well received. A beautiful house. I came for a business trip I will come back with family to enjoy the calm and environment. Recommendation ++

everything matched the listing the only thing I want to add and mentioned is that I never slept in such fresh sheets this smell and freshness was really nice

Perfect residence and location. Be careful though, this is a furnished rental in a tourist residence, it may be missing some basic items to bring (sponge, dish soap, shower gel, etc.). Despite this, the place, the welcome, the amenities, everything was compliant and impeccable.

We had a lovely stay at Claire's place. The accommodation was very clean and very well-equipped. The bedding is comfortable. Claire is flexible and very welcoming. Thank you very much, we highly recommend it.

Beautiful apartment with very nice veranda, open to the outside with garden😁. The overhead projector to watch movies is a very good idea. The accommodation is well located, close to bike rental and the bike path, in a very quiet environment. Functional accommodation especially for the kitchen where there is already the basic kitchenware upon arrival ( salt, oil... ) and utensils . Friendly and pleasant host. Thank you we had a nice stay.
