From the beginning, Juan was very attentive to our needs, showing a great disposition and flexibility both to allow us an early check-in and to extend the check-out, which allowed us to calmly enjoy the San Telmo fair on Sunday. The accommodation is located in the heart of Palermo, less than 10 minutes from the subway and with a minibus station right on the corner, which makes it much easier to use public transport. In addition, it is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, which makes it very convenient. Although the area has a lot of movement and can be a bit bustling, we understand that it is part of the neighborhood's life and it was not something that bothered us too much. The apartment was very clean, it had everything we needed and they provided us with towels, which is always appreciated. Definitely a place where I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The stay was excellent! The location is simply perfect, in a safe and super nice area…we were able to do a lot on foot, including visits to the best restaurants in the area, such as Don Julio, La Cabrera, Roldán, as well as being surrounded by beautiful parks. The apartment is well organized, with many utensils available and a full kitchen. I was happy to see that there was even an iron, something that is not always common. Host Cynthya was attentive from start to finish: she sent useful recommendations via WhatsApp and always responded quickly. The 24-hour concierge gave us even more security, and that made all the difference. I would definitely stay in town again!

great place, clean and comfortable. in the heart of extremely walkable and interesting area with theaters the waterfront, shops, food and museums! Sebastian had a crew of help who were able to get us some missing items right away. would definitely consider staying there again!

Perfect location for a long weekend in Buenos Aires! San Telmo market is just down the road and if you are there on Sunday the flea market is literally right outside your door. The apartment was very roomy and very comfortable for 2 couples. Tons of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Grisel was at the apartment to greet us on arrival and even let us check in early. She helped to arrange car service to and from the airport. Prior to arriving she sent an incredibly detailed book on recommendations and suggestions for an easy trip. I would highly recommend booking Grisel's apartment!!

The apartment is very nice, I felt comfortable at all times. The tableware is impeccable, unlike other places. Quite complete. The only difficult thing is to find parking, but in general the area is very quiet, peaceful and beautiful.

An excellent place with the amenities indicated, easily accessible, close to several places, I had a great time without any major setbacks. Surely when I return I could take it again.

The initial instructions were a little unclear because I thought it was keyless entrance because he gave me a code to get in but I didn’t understand that he had to meet me there to give me a key fob to get through the outer doors. Once they arrived, everything else was fantastic! Even a bottle of wine for my arrival. Thanks again for everything!!

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

I have had a wonderful stay here! I’ve stayed in the apartment for a month and have extended too. It is very well located in a quiet area but with many coffee shops and restaurants and it is next to all my favorite green parks. The apartment is great with a big working desk, balcony, big closet and the kitchen is fully stocked for everything for cooking. Definitely recommend, especially for those long-term and working!! The apartment met our expectations, it is super bright and we felt very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful for walking. It's very conveniently located, it may have been a little difficult for us to get in and out of the garage, but we were able to do it. I would only consider one thing, maybe because we are older people, but it would be very useful to place a handle to enter the bathtub. The shower is spectacular and the mattress was to our liking.

A great place to stay in Palermo. On Santa Fe with very good accessibility to all means of transportation. The beds were very comfortable and almost no outside noise was heard. The kitchen is suitable for cooking. Easy access and the host is very attentive and quick to respond. An excellent option for staying in Palermo.
