Villa vacation rentals in Cetinje Municipality

Great location opposite bay. We swam and paddle boarded several times a day just walked out into the sea (younger children would need supervision to cross small road but the road was not a bother to us otherwise). Easy to hire a paddle board and organise boat trip. We did an organised trip (3 hours 40 euros each) and a private one which worked out the same with 6 of us. The private one allowed us to go somewhere quiet snd swim from the boat plus visit Perrast and Porto Montenegro. We could choose where we wanted to go as part of the negotiation. I would definitely do that again. The bus to Kotor and Tivat is not reliable as to time but you can sit in a shaded cafe and flag down. There was a problem with traffic going to Kotor during our stay which I think may have been a recent thing as the locals were complaining about it. It was easier to go first thing or later in the day. Food was good at all the restaurants by the apartment we went to and several are within walking distance.

The spacious house is located directly at the sea (perfect for a dip, when its sunny) and in walking distance of the beautiful old town of Kotor. There are plenty of activities in the bay for which the house is perfectly located. We will definitely come back for this amazing view of the terrace!

Matthew est un hôte exceptionnel et aux petits soins avec ses clients, encore merci à lui ! La maison est très belle, avec un bel extérieur. À noter que la piscine ouvre à partir du 1er Mai (règle mise en place par la municipalité). Nous avons passé en tout cas un excellent séjour, et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Pozytywy : -spokojna okolica -bliskość trzech różnych plaż (samochodem kilka minut) - blisko do Kotoru (samochodem około 30 min) i Budwy ( samochodem około 20 min) -wspaniałe widoki -czysty , przestronny i ładnie urządzony dom - kompletne urządzony (włącznie z pralką i suszarką do prania, ekspres do kawy- na małe kapsułki , itd) -oddzielna kuchnia polowa z dodatkową olbrzymią lodówką i telewizorem , na którym wieczorem możesz np. oglądać filmy z leżaków na basenie ( np. Netflix) lub słuchać muzyki ze Spotyfy -basen o głębokości od około 0.7 m. do około 2.0 m i długości około 7.0 m. , który jest serwisowany przynajmniej 1 raz w tygodniu - w pobliży (około 8 min samochodem ) wspaniała restauracja Konoba Stara Kuca prowadzona przez ojca i córkę tylko ze świeżych produktów - jeśli chcecie coś zjeść trzeba zrobić rezerwację . -bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem Gorąco polecam.

This is a charming villa by the sea. Drasko(Ranka's spouse) was a wonderful host . He went above and beyond for us, providing us with local suggestions and being helpful with whatever we needed. We'll love to come back again and again.

The property is exactly as described and the pictures are very representative. Fantastic location with restaurants and a large supermarket within 5-10 min walk. Kotor is a 10-15EUR taxi ride away. Fantastic views of the lake/mountains. Great sized pool. Only improvement would be more sun loungers around the pool.

Von A-Z perfekt. Super Kommunikation, schnelle Antworten, tipps für die Gegend. Das Haus ist fenomenal. Sehr ruhig gelegen. In der Natur mit vielen Bäumen und einem super Sitzplatz draussen. Innen sehr geräumig. 2 grosse Duschen und 3 grosse Schlafzimmer... grosser Küchen und Essbereich. Alles in einem sehr schön gewesen und unsere Kinder fragen schon nach dem Haus (und dem tollen Schach) und der Landschaft. DANKE IVANA FÜR DIE WUNDERSCHÖNEN TAGE

A group of us stayed at Stevo’s place earlier this month and had a great time. Stevo was really responsive, our flight arrived hours early so we arrived earlier than check in but Stevo came straight to meet us there for check in and gave us lots of information about the place. He also sent us a list of recommendations too. His father was really kind and picked fresh grapes, chilli’s and cabbages from the vineyard when he same to collect our rubbish. The place was as described and clean. Only thing is that the driveway up to the villa was on a hill and was quite rustic. But we made it up there daily with a camervan and a small SUV and it was manageable. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Filip and Jovanka’s place! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Montenegro!

This was our first visit to Montenegro and we absolutely loved it. Alma's house was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and Alma has really thought of everything to make it a wonderful holiday home. From the fantastic outdoor pool to the spacious, stylish interior. There were so many different places to sit, both inside and out - the balcony off the main bedroom a particular favourite with its stunning views and comfortable sofa. The house is located in the perfect spot, just off the main road through Prcanj which is the prettiest village in the area and has the most beautiful view of the sea. We were also looked after very well by Selen who was lovely and met us at the property and gave us all the information we needed. We would love to return.

Milo’s was very friendly & welcoming. Great communication from start to finish. The villa was lovely & very well equipped. The pool was great & the boys went in it every day, despite it being April!

Amazing! Huge rooms, each big enough to be considered a master. Showers had plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Parking on the premises with room for multiple vehicles. Sits on a nice walkable road along the water with multiple restaurants and places to swim. There’s a playground and mini market also within close walking distance. We took a private boat tour and they were able to drop us off back by the house instead of having to go back to the marina. A church with a tall clock tower is nearby so it’s easy to spot from the water. 10/10 would recommend!

Just Wow! this place was so perfect for our short stay and we wish we could stay for a week here. The host was very nice and friendly and communication was perfect. As for the property itself, it was so clean and the set up was great for our family. Parking was a value added as it seems many places struggle with parking.

Anna was an amazing host. She was clear and very responsive with communication. Gave us great recommendations during our stay. The accommodation itself was just the like the pictures, private and spacious. The view is probably one of the best in Montenegro especially at sunset over the pool. The pool has some loose/missing tiles which might cause injury but that’s a tiny detail

Ivana and Jovo were absolutely brilliant hosts from the start. Their place is absolutely beautiful for a picturesque retreat in the countryside, but only a short drive from Kotor and Tivat. They were great communicators, providing a lot of local recommendations, and also left a lovely selection of meats and cheeses for when we arrived, and a beautiful handmade gift when we left, which was a lovely touch. I’d highly recommend Forest & Blue for a relaxing getaway in Montenegro! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Pobyt w tym miejscu był absolutnie wyjątkowy! Już na powitanie zostaliśmy miło zaskoczeni deską serów i wędlin oraz orzeźwiającą lemoniadą – przemiły gest ze strony gospodarzy. Właściciele byli uśmiechnięci, serdeczni i bardzo pomocni – wszystko dokładnie nam wytłumaczyli i podpowiedzieli. Dom jak i miejsce do grillowania są świetnie wyposażone. Dom czysty i urządzony w dobrym standardzie – naprawdę niczego nam nie brakowało. Okolica cicha, spokojna, idealna na spacery i odpoczynek z dala od zgiełku. A poranne śpiewy ptaków dodają temu miejscu jeszcze więcej uroku. Serdecznie polecam!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Villa Luka ! Djuro et sa famille sont très prévenants et accueillants. La maison est très confortable et particulièrement bien équipée et bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur la baie de Budva. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

We absolutely LOVED staying here for the week! The owners are so lovely and friendly, made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. I could stare out the view for hours and hours. The beds were comfortable, the sauna worked GREAT. The house was so cute and clean. I really truly loved this Airbnb (and I've stayed in SO many over the years). We will be back this summer no doubt to stay again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful house with a large area where you can find a lot of places to take a relax time. All consists several levels of terraces which make this very luxury and modern even the house is hundreds years old. All is renovated and looks new, very cosy finished with all amenities you may need. Very big and modern pool. House and sourindings are very clean. There are a lot of water streams coming through the plot what makes this place unique. Hosts are very nice and hospitable. We were welcomed with a bottle of good wine. They replys any questions immediately. We were given recommendations for a restaurants and caffes and they all worked perfectly, especially local Caffe with sandwiches from homemade bread! Ideal place for a breakfast. This is absolutely recommended place to spend time with family or friends. We were sad to leave it even though host gave as another bottle of wine from his collection to make this less painful. Views on sunset and mountains will stay in our memories.

10 Stars! Big Thanks to Vojo for this magical stay! The BEAUTY of his land and home is hard put into words. Our young daughter lived like a fairy princess in a secret garden full of beautiful spring flowers. Not to mention the sweetest mountain dog in the whole world! They were fast friends and he was always looking out for her! It was very peaceful and we spent every night enjoying the spectacular sunset over the mountains. The house was cozy and well equipped. Our host Vojo even brought us some delicious local delicacies that we thoroughly enjoyed! We felt right at home throughout our stay! When you feel like going into town, Cetinje is a short drive away with wonderful restaurants, museums and has great pedestrian only boulevards with lots of family friendly activities. Lipa cave was also close by and a highlight. We can't wait to return for another fun vacation!
