Vacation rentals with a patio in Cetinje Municipality

The view from where we stayed was great and it was obvious that Vera took care of the decor. It was quite clean. It was a very nice experience to watch the sunset on the balcony. Our host was very friendly and warm. She gave us local advice, we were able to reach her in case of an emergency, and she guided us and soothe us. He's a very flexible person, and he was also reflected in this place where we stayed, surrounded by art and nature. We were very satisfied, we would recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely amazing stay! This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the photos—if not better. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, giving me great tips on local places to visit, eat and explore. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to everything I needed. I especially loved the comfortable bed and morning coffee in the garden.

We loved our stay at Jovana's place. The view is amazing. Jovana was able to help us find reliable transportation from the Dubrovnik Airport and then helped us with a local rental car company. High points for us (other than the view): Dishwasher, Washer and separate Dryer, free parking, quiet neighborhood, and grocery stores within walking distance.

The view out of the window was perfect to wake up to every morning, the hosts mother greeted us and was lovely. Really good location - I think my favourite thing was sunbathing on the pier that is just outside the flat and going for a quick dip in the beautiful sea.

The apartment was incredibly comfortable, very clean, and cozy. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. There were even little steps for a child. Every detail in the apartment was thoughtfully arranged. The hosts gave excellent recommendations on where to go and what to buy, and they responded quickly. We had breakfast on the balcony almost every day — the view was stunning. We definitely recommend this place. P.S. A special bonus was the birdsong in the mornings.

It was great to stay in this house with a beautiful location. The window of your bedroom opens to an incredible view, it is only 10 minutes on foot to the center, I stayed in this house alone for 3 nights and it has a very nice atmosphere, it is also very suitable and sufficient to stay as 2 couples. I had a wonderful stay at Snezana's place in Kotor and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful coastal town. The location is absolutely unbeatable - just steps from the beach, which made morning swims and evening strolls incredibly convenient. You're also within easy walking distance of local shops, restaurants, and everything you need without the hassle of transportation. The flat itself is well-appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The space is thoughtfully arranged and spotlessly clean. One of the real highlights is the lovely garden - it's such a peaceful spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening after exploring Kotor's stunning old town and surrounding areas. What truly made this stay special though was the hospitality. Snezana and her brother were exceptional hosts - welcoming, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their local recommendations were spot-on .

My wife and I came to Kotor on Honeymoon and chose to stay here as we had rented a car. It was an easy drive from Dubrovnik airport and maps brought us directly to the carpark. House is modern and spotless clean. There was a lot to do in walking distance and the recommended bars and restaurants were brilliant! The view from the balcony in the morning and evening is something to behold! Thanks for having us, Jacob and Gwen.

Paulina is great host and her apartment truly follows the spirit of the of the old town. It is undeniably great place to stay in Budva if not the best. We didn’t have any problems with check in and checkout, Paulina was always responding and giving explicit instructions when needed. Parking is just outside of the old town near hotel, it is very easy to get from there even with luggage, for tourists costs 15€ per day (need to tell at parking counter that you stay 2 days and more, otherwise it’s 45€ per 24 hours). This information about parking is not common and was not covered in comments properly, so I felt it is useful to have it here. Apartment is in the heart of the old town, we strongly recommend to wake up early in the morning and go out before 8am to see the place without tourists, it’s truly amazing. Just under the Paulina’s apartment there is a shop with craft souvenirs, we found it outstanding, paintings of old town by local Balkan artist. Dmitry, Albina and 2 naughty boys!

We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

Very warm welcome from Igor’s family, wonderful location, and a very comfy and well equipped house! We also really enjoyed going for a canoe adventure on the lake using Igor’s boat! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing AirBnB! Beautiful location, easy to find with good direction by some very responisve hosts. We had some additional request and the host was very accomodating. We got to enjoy the barbeque, some lovely local wines and the amazing view. Honestly could not recommend this airbnb enough! It was an amazing experience. And then with such a low price it is an absolute steal!

Beautiful cottage, in a quiet and beautiful location. We had a great rest, fried fish, grilled meat and bathed in the jacuzzi. We drove to all the attractions. The house is equipped with everything you need and even more, the first time I meet such, just great! Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality 🩷

This exceptional accommodation from Marvin offers luxurious amenities that far exceed expectations – especially when it comes to the panoramic view. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent! A very nicely appointed and charming clean place, very recently renovated. Very comfortable sofas and living room. Great location in old Town, and good air conditioning units as well as cross ventilation on living room floor. Super host! A little loud at night with the festive old town foot traffic and the historic church bells ringing right outside, but that was the only negative we could find. Loved our stay.

The sea view balcony is definitely the highlight of the room where you can enjoy your meals there while watching sunset. The room is well-equipped with seasoning, kitchen utensil, washing machine and even drying machine. Highly recommended

We really loved this cute airbnb right in the old town. So great for dipping in and out of the old town vibes and even if just sitting on the terrace you got the old town atmosphere. Apartment was clean and well equiped. We loved Mogren beach and Mogren 2 beach, the rocky cliffs surrounding the beaches were awesome and made for a cosy feel. The water was the best we saw on our Montenegro trip, so clear.

The stay was very nice! The view from the balcony is enchanting. In general, we felt very comfortable. Only the speed of the Wi-Fi could be improved

Ksenija was very, very hospitable! She provided us a warm welcome and was willing to help us immediately and to answer our questions. The space was great! It is next to a Hypermarket, which was very practical. It had nice views, too. It felt private.
