House vacation rentals in Cerisy-la-Forêt

Brigitte's home is lovely. We are a family of 10, 6 adults and 4 teenagers celebrating a special birthday and anniversary. The house was perfect for us. The location was peaceful with open views of fields from the garden. The pool was amazing, we all enjoyed fun times in there. The Sauna was very much appreciated after the activities in the pool. We also enjoyed the Football and Table Tennis and the bikes. We biked to Merville where there are a few shops including a bakery. We also enjoyed a bike ride to Pegagus Bridge and The Battery at Merville. The house is perfectly located for D Day beaches and other historical sites. The kitchen was very well equipped and loved cooking on the BBQ. It was lovely meeting Verione who was waiting to greet us at the house. We all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you. Anne

This was my second stay at this chalet, and I really appreciate its simplicity and secure location. It's well-arranged and very comfortable for a solo traveller or a couple. Will likely visit again!

Sonia is a very nice and smiling host who gave some great tips for visits and restaurants. The cottage is ideally located to visit the area and enjoy the beautiful sauna pool and shopping mats at the end of the day in a very well heated room. The garden is very nice and the accommodation is decorated with bcp of taste. The choice of different wood paper tile materials is in perfect harmony reflecting a modern and cocooning atmosphere!! The mattresses are very comfortable and quality duvet cover. A great cottage for a family of 4 with 2 boys aged 8 and 12. Thank you for a long weekend, we'll be happy to come back.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Everything was perfect for our group of 7 bikers. The house was clean, with neat and modern decor. The real asset is the access to a courtyard to park our 7 motorcycles safely, as well as the terrace, ideal for enjoying barbecue evenings! The pool is an undeniable bonus! What a wonderfully peaceful place to stay. It was great sitting outside in the morning having a coffee listening to the birds singing and the church bells ringing. It was also nice to have access to the gardens with a swimming pool, tennis court and table tennis. We were holidaying to visit the various D-Day beaches and museums which were all within a short drive. The property is well appointed with everything you could need. Arnaud & Jessica were friendly and helpful and would respond to any questions within minutes.

We had booked the three gites as a family holiday with three generations getting together. It was perfect, with each of us having our own individual houses and plenty of outside space around each property so that we had some privacy from each other if we wanted it. The outside space worked really well and we were able to all eat together outside (Best place Jasmine cottage) whilst the two grandchildren (18 months and 8 years old) could run around safely and play with the various toys and have lots of fun and games together. The little one loved the train in Jasmine cottage especially. Although we had mixed weather we managed to visit St Malo, Arromanches, Avranches and the beach at Carolles and also got to relax/play in the pool. Thanks to Graham and Clare for giving us the chance to enjoy this time together.

Frédéric is a very available and friendly host. Good value for money. Only reservation: it would be clearer to specify that you can't park at the house itself, but that there are places nearby.

We had a great time. A very clean and very functional chalet. The location of the chalet is very safe and very quiet. The little extra of access to the swimming pool is very appreciated by the children. Very warm welcome.

The location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house and large garden are very well maintained. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. Dominique is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. She told us about the surroundings very quickly, and gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. Very attentive to our needs. We thank Dominique very much for her hospitality and all her small touches that made our stay unforgettable. We felt right at home and our exchanges were very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Nice location at 1 minute walk from the beach (Juno beach). Very good starting point for visiting the landing beaches and D-Day museums. Walled garden with spacious parking space within the enclosure. Also ideal for our dog. Restaurants, bakery and supermarket within walking distance. Good cycling opportunities so bring your bike.

Very nice cottage, much bigger than expected! A great garden and terrace, which we unfortunately could only use to a limited extent because of the weather. Fabien and Muriel are very good hosts, respond immediately to questions, very nice and helpful! We can recommend the place!

My and family and I celebrated an 80th birthday. This place was an excellent find and just a stone’s throw from the ferry from Portsmouth. The place has lots of space and makes use of the large open planned lounge dining area with some great furniture which meant that there was plenty of room to all sit and have fun games together. The garden was excellent and safe for smaller children to run around in. Ouistreham is a lovely town to leisurely spend an afternoon walking along the beachfront and there are lots of great cafés and restaurants. Elizabeth and Christophe were super accommodating to our needs and were very warm and friendly. We will love to visit again. Thanks so much for a special weekend.

Sylvain's house is a gem, nothing is missing and a few meters from the beach and shopping street. Clean house, the terrace is a real asset for large tables for meals. sylvain did a very nice renovation of the house. The living room is large and cozy. We were hosted very well by Aurélie. We thank Sylvain for the packed basket and for the arrival and departure times. We highly recommend this rental because it feels like home.

Beautiful spacious house (we were 6 adults) with garden and terrace with very little overlooking. Quiet environment. The accommodation is very clean, well-equipped and in a good location, close to shops and places to visit. Welcoming hosts who adapted without difficulty to our slightly early departure time constraint. We recommend!

The accommodation matches expectations, located in a cul-de-sac. The place is secure and quiet. Regarding the accommodation for a stay with toddlers, the dining area is not very practical, the sofa could be replaced by seats. Small problem with the water setting for the shower, but the installation needs to be corrected. We had a nice stay in total autonomy, little contact with the owners, some will appreciate others a little less. Bring all your linens and grocery kit as well as your household products kit.
