The apartment is located in a very quiet street just 1-minute from Rue de Bourg and Saint-François (restaurants, bars, shops) You will find three supermarkets (Coop, Aldi, Lidl) within 2-minute walk from the apartment. All mayor bus lines & the metro station Bessières (m2) is located within a 2-minute walk and it’s just 3 stops to Lausanne train station. you can also walk to the train station within 10 min.

The 50 sqm space includes a spacious living room with a beamer, a massage chair, and a small balcony, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and Vitamix blender. The bedroom has a 180 cm bed, and there’s a workout area with adjustable dumbbells. No laundry or parking available; laundromat nearby.

Multiple bus stops around the apartment. Covered parking at Le Valentin is a 1-min walk away.

Sabine was helpful, friendly, and responsive, and the room in her beautiful flat was comfortable and clean. The flat was very close to the train station, easy to access, and in a lovely old building, and Sabine was an excellent host!

You'll have a pleasant stay at Cris's property. Everything you need is in the apartment. Access to the train station and the metro station in 2 minutes walk is a real plus. For a 3-4 day stay in Lausanne, I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Jessica is friendly amd helpful. it was a it far from the centre. My fault really. I should have checked better. But it was very easy to get to by bus, so that helped. Very clean space and comfortable bed
