My stay at Maria’s place was excellent! She was very friendly and helpful with getting things set up. Once we checked in,it wasn’t much else that we needed to speak about. Due to the fact that the place was everything we needed and we didn’t have any issues. Other than requesting a late check out due to an afternoon flight. Everything was perfect! Would definitely book again when I return.

We enjoyed a fantastic weekend here. The grounds were stunning and all rooms were comfortable. Halima was excellent and prepared delicious meals for us. The Home and Grounds were serene. The house was full of stunning art and felt homely with incredible views. Delia is the wonderful host, and was able to direct me when I got a bit turned around trying to get there. Of all the places I’ve booked on Airbnb, this one exceeded what was even described. We’ll definitely be back.

Besides Still Waters is a stunning property set amongst incredible nature and views of the Nile. We had a lovely stay in the well thought out tented accommodation, choosing to extend our stay by 2 nights.

Amaka Ada truly lived up to its name, as "Amaka" translates to "home," and that’s exactly how we felt during our stay. Clare's place was so inviting that we extended our stay multiple times, and Clare was incredibly considerate throughout. The house was clean, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area, yet conveniently close to town. Amaka Ada is a modern home with tasteful décor, blending African and contemporary art. The lack of clutter and the well-stocked kitchen made it feel both stylish and functional. The open windows and doors brought in fresh air, and the wooden wraparound verandah added an elegant touch. The staff were outstanding! Geoffrey, the chef, prepared delicious meals for us daily, and Thembo kept the place spotless with his attentive cleaning. My son absolutely adored the place, and we enjoyed every single moment. We had our extended family join us for the stay, and were warmly welcomed and cared for as if they were family. Genuinely impressed by hospitality.

Mocha is such a beautiful environment to vacay from… We had such an amazing time at Mocha. It’s such a tranquil to relax with the sounds of the birds in the trees, and yet with also a beautiful scenic view of the lake and surroundings of once you head over to the rooftop. The place looks as is on the Airbnb site. The staff were always so helpful and polite. Lucy was always ready to and available whenever we would call. And so was Emma especially when it came to getting us a boda boda person to and from Bunga. We had a few extra guests over for a week who also loved the experience that they had. No forgetting Stephen, our driver. He was one of the drivers that Caroline suggested to us and he surely didn’t disappoint us. He was always ready and professionally executed his job well. Thank you so much for hosting us and we hopefully look forward to coming back again in the near future.

The beauty of this place doesn’t do justice from the pictures. It’s a gorgeous place to spend time and the staff on the grounds and property are delightful people. Our time in Uganda was infinitely better as a result of our staff here.

It is a beautiful house on the shore of the Nile. You feel like you have privacy as the other house is far away. Claire is very helpful to answer any questions. Isaac is very welcoming and always helps to arrange activities. The chef makes amazing food on request!

Thanks for having us at your beautiful house, the nature, the view was just something else, so serene, so beautiful. We brought enough drinking water to last us through our stay and simple meals to cook right on our way there, so we did not have to move too much. We had a great time to relax and chill in between our more adventurous travels.
