Apartment vacation rentals in Central Otago District

Everything was provided and I was able to stay comfortably. As mentioned in other reviews, since the house is located on a hill, if you take the shortest route from the town center to the house, you'll need to go through a steep path, so you need to have strong legs and good physical fitness.

Really beautiful spot just a few steps away from the main center of restaurants and shops. Great angle to view the lake and mountains — the owners suite on the second floor had a nice view, and then the third floor had a stunning view (which was nice with the open concept between living/dining room). The sauna was a fun touch too! We juuust barely managed to fit our 2 cars into the garage, but might not be doable if your cars are on the larger side.

Absolute amazing location. Although there was no laundry there literally across the street is a clean laundry mat at a reasonable price.

Unfortunately we were only there for one night, but can absolutely recommend this place. Place very clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and good location. I had excellent and prompt communication from Meghna who made sure our stay would be a pleasant one. Checkout was simple and the team were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back 🙂

Karyn is very accommodating and responsive. The town house is lovely, with the added bonus of a washer and dryer and parking. Perfect location, close to everything. Great value given everything it offers. Highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Clean modern and private would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. The only thing I would recommend is a little stool for us short people to reach the top shelf :)

Townhouse was a great place to stay for our visit to Wanaka. Unit has everything you need, very clean and comfortable. It is just a short walk across the carpark to great coffee and pastries from Pembroke Patisserie and Albies Tavern.

Lots of space in the place. Quiet side of town. We had some lovely walks from the place. The scones Edgewater were amazing! Wanaka is a beautiful town.

Great place for our short stay. Accomodations were clean and comfortable in a perfect location with everything you need a short walk away. Would happily stay here again.

It is very close to Lake Wanaka, about 10 minutes on foot.It's also easy to get to the supermarket in the city center.The surroundings of the house are very nice, a few nice trees in front of the courtyard and very rich in autumn colors.Nice clean room, the living room has a separating door from the bedroom, and the movement separation is good.The view from the windows of each room is an oil painting.The host is very welcoming. It was late when we arrived, but we asked the host to provide additional meals very quickly.Some questions about traveling locally were also given a quick response.The host also provided a drying rack which was very convenient for us to stay for a few days.Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for a couple nights stay. The bed was extra comfortable! My only complaint was that it gets pretty warm without an air conditioner (visited during summer/fall months), but definitely cools down at night. Would absolutely recommend!

Great space, not too far of a walk into town but just far enough where it felt quiet and private. Perfect for our group of 5. Paul was friendly, very responsive and accommodating!

It’s wonderful experience I never got before Hamish and Sofia the lovely owners and their responsibilities to treat the guests is appreciated . The accommodation was beyond my expectations and the things inside house are neat and cleaned. The views from the house are mesmerising I will strongly recommend the people who visit Queenstown should have experience their accommodation as well so you will get some relaxation from their rooms itself Thank you Robin and Daimy

We had a great stay at Victorias place over Easter Weekend while we were up from Southland for Wheels at Wanaka. The property was very clean, tidy & as described/displayed in the pictures. We were really pleasantly surprised at how quiet the property was! I was worried that with it being a ground floor unit that we might experience noise from the house on top, but we barely heard a peep! The property is also situated in a really quiet area, in a cul de sac near the base of Mt Iron, so there was also zero traffic noise - fantastic for us country folk who are used to the quiet life! Victoria was great on the communication front & very obliging with extra requests we made. Thanks for a great weekend!

A beautiful modern apartment. Perfect for our family of 5. Great location. Loved all the trimmings. The most comfortable bedding. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. Have already recommended it to friends. Thanks for a fantastic stay in Wanaka.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. Julie was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent communication, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions but still peaceful and private. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

This place is right on the edge of the lake, just a stones-throw to town. The outlook is stunning, the accommodation is so cozy and homely - it was like living in something from a magazine.

Susie and her family were fantastic hosts. From the moment we were welcomed by Susie and her offsider Rosie, it was clear we picked the perfect place to base ourselves. The space was open and private and provided our family of four with all that was needed. Communicating with Susie was a breeze and if we needed anything a swift reply was always there. Caths wee place was gorgeous. a wee pad of luxury . Cath was very quick to answer any questions and was very helpful with thise questions. The walk into town was a goldilock- not to long and not too short, just right. Cath recommended awesome restaurants to us. I would definitely stay with her again

We had a great stay here. Our children really enjoyed using the amenities (pool, ping pong, tennis courts)! The apartment was a great size for our family, clean, well appointed and the hosts were easy to communicate with. easy to communicate with, we're meant to arrive earlier and park the car before check in, but ran late so let them know and they informed us we had been upgraded to a 2 bed place for free! we had heaps of space and we ended up getting our own rooms instead of sharing a bed! the pool and hot tub were conveniently located and we had perfect weather for it. would 100% stay again! thank you!
