We had a wonderful stay here — Villa Tirtasari is a beautiful, peaceful getaway perfect for anyone wanting to stay somewhere a bit different. Imam is a fantastic host — very friendly, welcoming and always responsive with anything you need. He brought us delicious, homemade breakfast every morning, and helped us find a local taxi service to take us into Yogyakarta city where we were staying next. I recommend this place for its beauty and tranquility — the whole place was clean and tidy, working kitchen with snacks in the fridge for you to cook, and the rooftop is where we saw the best sunrise ever. Fantastic memories made here!

The house is very cozy and free of clutter. It was a blessing that we are allowed to bring our furry friends here. The owner is also really kind and helpful. It was a delightful experience and we really enjoyed our short stay here. Thank you so much :)

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Felice. The property is in a green area surrounded by beautiful ricefields just outside the city of Jogjakarta, the location feels very private and it's perfect for seeking restful and nourishing time. The villa has an immaculate vibe, it's spotlessly clean and furnished tastefully. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the staff and introduced to the house premises, I was delighted to find lots of complimentary food and drinks prepared by the owner. I enjoyed every single minute while playing pool, swimming in the lush garden, and pampering myself in the jacuzzi located in the master bedroom. The staff is promptly available and the owner is a pleasure to communicate with. I will definitely return to Villa Felice, thank you Kristin, you've created a real oasis!

The place is clean and the host is very friendly and nice! Its also homey and spacious even for 30 people, definitely a recommendation for a big group more than 20 people and would come here again! However its only fit for medium bus and a bit difficult for the bus to park inside the house, unlike the given picture

Absolutely perfect! If you want to live with the locals and learn about their culture while living in a comfortable western style home, this is the place! The home is an entire experience. We made so many new friends with the locals and even learned some Javanese! The house is spacious, beautifully designed, has everything you need for a long stay, feels so comfortable to be in, quiet, safe neighborhood, plenty of fresh air, great views of the mountains from the master bedroom, and has all the modern amenities to live comfortably. Zee took such great care of us! He was so hospitable, thoughtful, caring, friendly and kind. If we needed anything, he was always there to help. Communication was so easy with him. We’re forever grateful for all the time we’ve spent here!! This was one of the best times of our lives.

Already for the second time to this house, always nice, clean and tidy! Nice residential atmosphere in a quiet area and quite startegis near the hangout areas that are just around there! Hopefully next time you can come back here.. thx u

Ndalem Riyartan is a new Villa surrounded by Bamboo Forests. The photos on their listing are accurate, the place is beautiful n so homey. We love their Javanese Joglo patio area, where we had great family quality time together enjoying the fresh open air. Love the concept of the Villa, amazing hospitality from the owners, they were very attentive since day 1. Gave detailed info on the villa n surrounding areas. Kitchen was completely stocked -from eggs, rice, bread, cooking ingredients: oil, salt all ready for us to use. Not to mention toilleteries, clean n fresh towels, baby powder, mosquito repelent, bug spray, minyak telon. YUP!! This place has everything ready for you to make you fell at home. Upon our arrival, we were given a warm welcome by Jeff, the owner's son. Then upon check out, another amazing and surprise "farewell" visit by the owner ❤️ Such a wonderful family. Thank you again for your hospitality. And thk you Mba Sri for yr delicious cooking.

Mrs Yohana’s place was so peaceful. With a great view of paddy field. The host were very friendly. Her assistance also very helpful because he assisted us with every single things we need during our stay. Would visit this place again!

the place is clean, there are cleaning tools and shampoo soap in the bathroom, the host is fastresp too. Overall it was a nice stay!

Nath really responsive and proactively ensure the guests really easy to find the place. The place same as the pictures shown even beyond expectation, superb! It feels like home, private area, peaceful and close to the main street to get many street food around. We found no issue at all, really. I and family recommended this place to our colleagues even became our reference of future trip's place for staying.

the villa was very private and we had a good time and rest. It is also close to the beach down the hill and the villa is very eco friendly. Only the ants were a bit of a hustle, due to the location is on top of a hill. All is well the owner, Pak Wid is very responsive and Pak Tuk were very helpful throughout my stay there and even suggested places and services for me to enjoy.

Wiwit is very communicative, responsive and helpful. The place is nice and clean.

Ella was very responsive via messages. When we encountered difficultly she came to the house to solve the issue. We enjoyed our stay there due to the proximity to Malioboro. There's a small traditional market only steps away from the house to buy fresh fruit, Jamu/ herbal drink, Javanese traditional desserts, and various small things such as single use shampoos/packets that you might forgot to pack for travel. There's also free drinking water at home. We loved our stay there. Thank you Ella.
