Immaculate, Spacious Getaway!

We stayed at Mandy's place recently. We found that it was all that Mandy had described to be. We were warm and cosy despite the cool weather. The cabin is set in a quiet, cleared block surrounded by lovely gum trees and wildlife. Judy

Cottage 4 (Pademelon)

DanaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We greatly enjoyed our stay. Mt. Field National Park is right next door (an easy very short walk across the bridge). Other than another guest's car alarm that went off in the middle of the night (can happen anywhere), it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We appreciated the nicely appointed kitchen and the laundry facilities.
A well-organized kitchen corner features a bamboo shelf holding various food items and small plants. A white kettle and toaster are placed on a woven mat, while glassware is neatly positioned above a dark countertop, complemented by containers for storage.

Great Lakes wilderness three bedroom home

RachelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
GORGEOUS!!! What a little gem this place is. So homely and with great space. Brilliant deck for the dogs to be secure on and plenty of “backyard” to stretch the legs in. Close enough to walk down to the pub for a meal which was an added bonus

The exterior of a historic colonial building is presented, featuring a white stone facade with a pitched roof. Four black doors are evenly spaced beneath rows of multipaned windows. Neatly trimmed hedges frame the entrance, and a gravel pathway leads to the front steps.

The Lake House-“Luxury in the Wilderness”

PennyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We absolutely loved staying here from the moment we drove through the gate. The location is ideal to base yourself to see the area. The views are amazing and so relaxing. The house is beautiful, the decoration is tasteful and well laid out. The pantry and fridge was well stocked and with a few very much appreciated surprises. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit this area.
A modern cabin is nestled amid a winter landscape, surrounded by trees blanketed in snow. The cabin features a welcoming front porch, with a gentle slope leading to a rocky stream partially obscured by the snow, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

The location was perfect for our fishing weekend. We enjoyed exploring the area centrally located in the highlands close to many lakes. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Mick and his property highly enough.

Modern Lakes Retreat

Very happy, very clean. Beautiful surroundings, that were extremely quiet and peaceful. A great base if you are interested in fishing on The Great Lakes. It can be a good base to see several different parts of Tasmania but be prepared to drive.
