Our third booking here. Another excellent stay. Comfortable place in a great neighborhood. Bus stop nearby and short walk to dairy, classic takeaways, an amazing bakery, a great all-day restaurant, and our second favorite Indian takeaways in Dunedin. Short walk to Ross Creek reservoir.

Sue and Dean's place is just wonderful. A lovely, serene, well appointed gem with all you need for a comfortable stay, and a view that's gold. We didn't want to leave! They are perfect hosts and we would highly recommend a stay there on your next trip to Dunedin/Otago. Great location as well. We were thoroughly pleased.

Wendy’s place was everything we needed while staying in Dunedin. The house was clean, it had everything we needed and the location suited us well. Wendy (and others) went above and beyond when we had an issue with the TV. I’d recommend Wendy’s to anyone visiting lovely Dunedin

What a wonderful gem in Dunedin! We loved being in a walkable area of central Dunedin while still enjoying privacy and quiet.

It is very obvious that the apartment was superbly & lovingly renovated very recently , so much so that we were very careful not to tarnish anything . We hope we have left it as neat & tidy as when we moved in . We will definitely come back again . Thank you & congratulations , Constance 👏

Andy was a really nice host, he checked up on us and was very accommodating. The facilities were tip-top. Would definitely recommend for those wanting a central stay in Dunedin.

Nice place and strategic location. Just that there are many spider webs outside of the house, can do a little bit of cleaning. Pressure of shower can be improved as it is very soft

Incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows and super comfy blanket! I am picky because I have a bad back and I have not slept this well since home (been travelling for months). Very quiet, no noise from neighbors whatsoever. Great balcony to enjoy a quiet chat and wine. Very nice host - she let me check in hours before actual check-in time. Just a great place, if I am ever in need of a place in Dunedin, this is the number one spot. Thank you, Tracey!

This is a gorgeous property meters from The Octagon. Tons of space, beautifully appointed, and the best showers we've had in NZ. Everything was extremely comfortable, in addition to being quite stylish (the latter of which isn't why I choose properties, but it sure can be a bonus). There was one minor glitch, but the hosts were very responsive and attentive. Can’t recommend highly enough!
