The stay was perfect, the condo is amazing full of nice people. Fabi is a nice and communicative host, it's probably the best location you can get in Assuncion. Extremely clean, worth the price and I wouldn't change anything. All the details are thought of, even the towels are soft (more than many luxury hotels). 10 out of 10

The house owner is a very nice person, when I wanted to use the oven to grill the steak, which the apartment didn't have any.The house owner sent me a totally brand new oven for cooking, I'm truly appreciated that and the previous hospitality for all time, thanks again!!

Fantastic Airbnb in the business center of Asunción! The building is new, modern, and impeccably maintained. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you might need. The rooftop area with a pool and gym are perfect for unwinding after a day in the city while enjoying amazing views. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and business venues. Looking forward to staying here again!

Very cozy and comfortable place, I liked the atmosphere. The kitchen had all I needed. Bed was ok, a bit too soft for my liking but that is a personal preference. Good area with lots of things in walking distance, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shopping malls etc.
