Villa vacation rentals in Central Athens Regional Unit

Let me first say, if you have kids, this is your place! I always have a hard time finding the perfect place for my kids and this is definitely the spot! A FULL toy/play room, basketball court outside, soccer goals, outdoor play place - what more could you want???? Very peaceful, yet still close (driving) to great restaurants. I highly recommend, especially if you have a family!

We had high expectations for this villa considering the photos. It went beyond. The villa is massive (it's a whole building on 6 levels with an elevator inside) and very spacious. Good location. Quite central, yet very quiet. It was perfect!

Amazing Stay at Gina's Villa in Alimos! 🌟 We had such a fantastic time at Gina's villa! First of all, Gina was incredibly kind and welcoming from start to finish. The villa itself was not only beautiful but also exceptionally well-equipped. Every appliance and household item you could need was there, which made our stay so comfortable and stress-free. ☀️ Gina also recommended a taxi driver (a friend of hers), and he was super nice! Having a reliable and friendly driver made getting around so much easier and more enjoyable. Check-out was equally perfect. Gina went out of her way to make sure everything was smooth and that we had everything we needed. We felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Gina, for making our trip to Alimos truly unforgettable! 😊

Stefan and Teo were great hosts, very responsive, with great recommendations and the apartment was lovely! We loved the rooftop balcony especially it was a great way to start the holiday.

Very clean, Huge balcony with a beautiful view of the city and sea. We stayed as a family with an 18 month old baby and the house was fully equipped appropriate for babies such as crib, high chair, training potties and toys. It has own garage parking with a beautiful green garden. We felt very at home during our stay and host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

We felt so lucky to have found such a great place . The location was perfect and the air conditioning worked which was really important. You could walk everywhere and felt safe and lots of great restaurants and places of interest nearby although the street itself was quiet and has a lovely view. One bed was hard and one a bit softer so worth checking out which to sleep in if you’re fussy about beds ( which I am). the only complaint was the pillows were all high. Too high for my neck so I had to improvise but they were fine for my companions. Do ask the owner about directions via local landmarks ( such as the nearby school or car park) as it was tricky to find when we first arrived but well worth the effort. Would happily stay there again. Highly recommended.

The perfect stay in Athens. 4 of us in our group and we all got q lot of privacy, socios rooms, beautiful apartments and overall great service forms the hosts. Next time I come to Athens this is our place to stay :) <3

The Villa was lovely, host lives in half the villa (as stated in listing info) but this did not impact on privacy and he was very discrete and only came around when we asked with help to find gym area. Well equipped kitchen and our only ask was for some more wine glasses and these were provided very quickly for a meal we had planed. the outdoor kitchen bar area is great and the sound system a great addition. Pool was amazing, large, clean easy to access and a great space we all enjoyed. Sub beds all quality and good towels for outdoor provided. Quiet residential area so car helpful although beach walkable. Attiac and basement bedroo. areas more basic than those on the first floor but adequate, Bed quality great as was linen. Would recommend for large group of friends/family

This place was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of communal space. Oksana quickly responded to any queries that we had. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. The place was for us, a small family with kids à paradise. We were amazed by the beautiful architecture, features and pool. Panos was extremely helpful with lots of local recommendations and nothing was too much to ask for. We will be back !!

The communication with Aggelos and the team was great. Very friendly and quick to respond. The apartment is fantastic, from the beautiful views to the amenities and the pool. So enjoyed staying at Villa Melandrina very much and would come back any time.

My family and I would like to give a huge thank you and appreciation for the wonderful stay we just enjoyed. Our host Ayapi was the best, extremely, helpful, efficient, and the sweetest host we have ever had on AirBnB. She was absolutely amazing, everything a host should be.She gave recommendations, answered questions, and was so quick to respond. She set the gold standard for a host. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, and looks exactly like ( or even better), in person. The views of the ocean, pool and the Greek countryside are astonishing. The pool is a huge feature- it’s huge and extremely inviting with a patio type setting. The floors have wonderful spaces and are beautifully designed. We admired the pretty furniture. There were so many areas we could get together, yet there was plenty of space for everyone to “do their own thing.” We all felt very at home and relaxed here. I highly recommend Ayapi’s gorgeous villa. We would definitely stay here again, and really hope to do so.

Beautiful place and krassy is very nice person

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

Marianthi was an amazing host! Extremely helpful and responsive. The property is perfect for a relaxing stay and it looks amazing in real life in a way that can’t be seen through photos.
