It's a good place to stay. It's close to Issykkul Lake, so it's good for swimming.

clean, upgraded space. Beds are so so, but better than some. It's better than dealing with deposits on furnished finder, but also not as nice as say an ocean view condo for same price. Like everything, you have to choose what's best for you. All in all, it's a great place. We will be here for a total of 6 weeks.

My friend and I stayed in this apartment for two days — we were very happy! The apartment is beautiful: comfortable, cozy, with an aesthetic interior and a stunning view. It's nice to be in it, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Had an amazing time staying at this property. It was clean and well maintained. The host (Vishal) is quite responsive and approachable. It felt like home and an extra effort from Vishal to keep things readily available in the kitchen made it super comfortable. Helpers come to clean the flat daily, so no fuss about the mess. Market, cafe and Laxman jhula are at walking distance. In short: Great experience!

The host was incredibly helpful and kind; they picked us up from the airport for free and assisted us in booking a restaurant as well as translating for the waitress. Great place to stay and Sumit was an amazing host with great local recommendations. The property itself is very good and well maintained. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay away from city's noise with lots of amenities, this is the place to go.

There were four of us in the apartment. Three adults and a child. Rare and pleasant: we were asked in advance how many blankets we wanted and given one for each person, including the child. Hosts often prefer to provide double blankets without asking. And sometimes even a double for two adults and a child. I liked a lot in the apartment, although we did not have time to use all the amenities. A house with three full-fledged rooms in a closed residential village. Nearby lake, swimming pools and additional water facilities. For road trips, a convenient location for hiking in the Grikoryevsky and Semyonovsky gorges. Overall, I liked everything. We were happy with the stay. Thanks for the hospitality. A couple of times we needed help and the hostess was ready to help us. For example, we arrived late and were looking for at least one open cafe. It was after 8, and we couldn't find anything ourselves.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Almaty! The host was extremely helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The villa itself was immaculately clean and exactly as pictured - the photos don't do it justice! We felt right at home and enjoyed our time exploring Almaty from this comfortable base. This is a very nice house within a few minutes walk of the Caspian Sea. It is clean and comfortable. It can accommodate well a family or group. The internet is strong, the TV has streaming services, hot water is always available, and the washing machine is convenient. The homes in this area do not have street addresses. My group used the car service Bolt and that service worked well. Elshan is an excellent host… very helpful and communicates quickly. Elshan rented this home to us at a very fair price when others were inflating theirs. I recommend this home, especially if you would like to be near the sea.

Parviz’s place is a heaven to stay in for anyone looking for a simple and perfectly located seaside place close to the sea with a big 2 m deep swimming pool. It has a good strong air conditioning unit upstairs in the sleeping space which cools off all bedrooms and a living room easily. It’s well equipped with plates, glasses and cutlery, more than you need so it makes it easy to host or to stay there for a family or a group of friends. It’s quiet and pieceful neighbourhood makes you realise you really are away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city yet you are less than 10 minutes drive to the lively parts of the area if that’s what you’re looking for. As for the host himself - super welcoming, very helpful and very precious about his place therefore will do his best to help you around it pretty much at any time of day or night. He takes it a personal responsibility to make your stay as hustle free and comfortable, genuinely a positive and lovely guy. Highly recommend!!!

The house is located very close to the ganga marine drive. Walking distance to Triveni Ghat. Plenty of restaurans nearby. Easy parking on adjoining the house. Easy to check in and out. Over all a nice place.

A real positive review amongst all the fake ones in India 😅 I honestly couldn’t have been happier with this accommodation. It exceeded my expectations. I stayed here for a week in total. It is on the pricer side for Rishikesh but it looks exactly like in the pictures and I had so called “care takers” staying right next to me available for any requests or questions I had. Any minor problem was immediately fixed. Bed is very comfortable, full amenities in the room like microwave, kettle, water, tea, ac, fans, etc. (except washing machine but that’s apparently very normal here as well). Location is great, ganga right in front of the door, shops in the back side and ram jhula within 5 min walking distance. I was welcomed like a princess and I 100% recommend this stay 🙂

Safura is one the best hosts out there. She was very kind and helpful. She was ready to assist in any case, wheter it is via messages or coming to the house. She was always right there when you needed. There was a bunch of stuff which was provided by her. Sweets, nuts, fruits, and so on. There were different types of shampoos and body gel too. But general cleanliness of the house could be better. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Nice studio with all the essentials. It is a minute walk to the beach and there is a park nearby. We didn't go in season, so we can't appreciate the proximity of cafes and shops, but we think there's no problem with them in the summer. Host is available at all times. The only thing is, it would be nice to be able to self-check-in, otherwise we had to wait 30 minutes for the keys.

a lazy staycation, family vacation, long weekends, whatever be the scenario. IKAI is a perfect getaway. Away from the hustle and bustle of prime time rishikesh, yet close enough by personal vehicles . very helpful staff and quite calm residence.

Really happy with our stay at Shahin place. Great contact with the host. The apartment looks even better in real life than in the pictures. High ceilings make the space really spacious. Location just several minutes away from the Baku port with a lot of restaurants, shopping center and promenade. Looking forward to stay here again when coming back to Baku.
