Waterfront Home - Deep Water Dockage-Private Beach

"Leeward House" is our waterfront rental home with canal access & dockage included(60' max), water & shore-power(30/50 amp) additional cost. Leeward house comes fully equipped with everything you need, a 24/7 on-island manager to assist with any issues or needs you may have, so come explore Treasure cay and the surroundings islands! We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.

Seasons in the sun is the perfect house! Everything is clean and brand new. The location is perfect! A quick walk to Grabbers for a bite to eat but far enough for absolute peace at night. We had an amazing trip!!

Incredible views. Sunrises and sunsets views were wonderful. The location is private and yet close enough to take the boat to all great destinations like Elbow cay, Pete’s, Tahiti beach, great guana cay, etc. the house was spacious and well appointed. It’s a large open concept elevated house. The apartment below was perfect for our guests, private and complete with kitchen, dinning/living and two bathrooms. The island tropical flora was vast and incredible. Dock space for boat easy to manage. Woody was very responsive and resolved all our issues. Warm and friendly. We love that part of the Bahamas and will be back. Best of luck Woody.

Blue Heaven - Ocean Front

Beautiful location on a Beautiful Island. The views from the rear of the home are incredible. It is an island experience. We came by boat and used the provided golf carts. We had very few issues, but if one arose Luis and his staff were available and prompt. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to escape their world and indulge in Guana Cay and its surroundings! Blue Heaven is just that!

Kidd's Cove Cottage

Beautiful location, right on the water. (Bodden side) The kilometer-long Atlantic beach is around the corner, less than 5 minutes away. Everything very well furnished , no wish remains unfulfilled.

Our family of 8 had plenty of room. We loved the top floor (main living). Constant breeze blowing from the ocean through the open doors and windows.....which stayed open 24 hrs a day. The house was a delight.

Fantastic Condo with great access to all the islands of the Abacos. Very nice boat parking with new docks about 30 feet from back door. Close to Treasure Cay fuel docks which are much less crowded than other islands (we never waited). The optional golf cart rental from the owner was very convinient. If you are looking for a low key island to relax this is it. We spent time on all of the other Cays during the day and had very peaceful nights on Treasure.

What an amazing time. This place and the location were incredible. Beautiful beaches, amazing local community, and a truly exceptional home. Thank you so much Jenny and Bill for the incredible experience. My family and I had the most amazing time. So relaxing. And thanks to you…. My kids now enjoy eating fish.

We were so happy with our stay, we wish we stayed longer. The home was clean and spacious. We were able to check in early and explore. We found a great restaurant close by and were able to find snacks and water at the market. It was spotless and the AC was a gift. The beds were so comfortable. We were so happy after long flights. It was a little far from stores so having a car would help. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for being so responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!!

Host gives quick responses. The unit is comfortable and close to all you need in the Marsh Harbour area. Not far if you want to catch a ferry to the cays. A rental car is recommended, though.
