This is my SECOND time visiting because we had such a fun and relaxing time the first time we had to come back! We decided to celebrate a birthday this time around and enjoy the community pool and enjoy playing dominoes on the terrace after an incredible birthday dinner we made, where you can chat with everyone while cooking. We made great memories here and had a great time! We live here and look forward to keep coming back for future staycations and to recommend it to our visitors.

Pepper's place was amazing! The views were breathtaking, watching the boats come and go, watching the birds and plants right there on the porch/veranda. rooms were large airy, but cozy at the same time. The beds were heavenly. Pepper visited with us and he was fascinating and very kind. We can't wait to go back!

Very good facilities, and location and the terrace on the other level. We agdecemos for all the support in the process from the day of departure. It was a spectacular experience!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation due to the power outage in the area because of the Ernesto storm. However, Jose was very responsive, diligent and polite throughout the days prior to our arrival advising of the power status on a daily basis. Plan/hope to stay in his property in the future!

Local Stay, Local Love! I have to say communication from Scott & Sebastian was fantastic! They checked in regularly with us during our stay and were very helpful with recommendations. The house is convenient with a baby sized mini walk to an unspoiled beach, practically private with soft dandelions and warm waters. Also next to several great restaurants with super welcoming and friendly locals, and well set up for relaxation out back with the fabulous pool, charcoal grill, & ample seating undercover to still enjoy your time if the unexpected rain showers blow in. We were 5 gals on this trip, however the house has lots of different spaces for spreading out, and 2 awesome separate areas for kids/teens to hang out without being on top of you. Best bonus was the 2 outdoor showers right at the garage entrance for easy cleanup of sand, and the other enclosed private outdoor shower. Loved that! Thanks for a great stay 😁

Sherley‘s home was beautiful and the view from the upstairs balcony overlooking the beach is breathtaking! The home is very spacious and master bedroom and bath like a resort! The kitchen was huge and had all the appliances and equipment you need. Her partner Michelle even reached out to us while we were away on an activity to let us know proactively that the power was out at the home and she would head over to make sure things were off that needed to be prior to us returning. Only small issue we ran into was that water heaters were not all turned on and we needed to request for that to be done and that took a couple of days. But it wasn’t a big deal except for a couple of our guests that really wanted/needed the hot water.

Nelson is a an amazing host he was very atentive and helpful. His house is very comfy and it has great anematies. I higly recommend you stay at any of his properties. I will definitely be back I stayed in his home for 2 weeks had no issues with anything in his house it’s very well taken care of.

2nd time staying at this home. As with the 1st time, beautiful, clean, comfortable home. Pool was wonderful, especially on the 90+ degree days. Great restaurants within 10 minute drive. Rick is wonderful working with. Already have a 2 week stay booked over Christmas and looking at another weeklong stay in May. Highly recommend

Beautiful, spacious home with a pool and ocean views. Perfect place for a couple of nights with close friends. Also within a private, gated beachfront community. Easy access to the airport and close to everything else (the island is quite small). Would stay here again.

Excellent cozy spot right on the beach. AC in bedroom kept us comfy and cool at night. Definitely recommend for a couple.

Great location, the local marinas are very accessible. There are a lot of restaurants and bars in the area. Miguel is very responsive and welcoming. I would recommend staying here.

The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The street to drive into the parking garage is right on the ocean (literally on the edge of the island). The apartment was very clean and comfortable and has all the essentials. The instructions to get in were clear and easy to follow. The security guard Rafael was so helpful and has the kindest soul. He deserves a shout out because he went out of his way to make sure we knew our way around and felt safe. This apartment is dreamy, and only a 30 min drive to the ceiba/culebra ferry terminal. Very convenient. The pool was also very clean and quiet. The only small negatives were that the balcony doors are extremely difficult to open and there was a fire alarm that went off around 2:45 am on our first night but it must’ve been a fluke. Didn’t happen the second night. We tried to figure out what it was but even security wasn’t sure. The pool closed at 7 which seemed a little early but overall I highly recommend this apartment and would book again.

My husband and I loved. We stay over 13 days and it was really nice beautiful view of the marina the place was clean and the surroundings where clean and accessible. We enjoyed from the begging to the end. My only suggestion is the window curtains could be change for a darker color so isn't that hard to stay in bed to little later. Everything else was perfect.

Diane and Luis were incredibly responsive making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They went above and beyond when our other place canceled on us last minute. Beds were comfy, place was clean, plenty of towels. Beautiful views. We will stay here again for sure!

It was excellent. My expectations passed. Liz was always accessible. I always answer my texts and calls. Very good hostess. I recommend it.

The property location is secure, clean, safe and close to multiple shopping centers, restaurants (El Cayo), beaches (Luquillo) and attractions (El Yunque Rain Forest). The unit we stayed in was just as described and pictured in the airbnb listing. The view of the ocean, the marina and the sounds of the ocean were our favorite part, especially when enjoying our morning coffee on the beautifully furnished balcony. Amy communicated with me before, during and after our stay to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again in the future!

We had a very pleasant stay and are happy we found this apartment on Airbnb! Can recommend!
