Very responsive and great place to stay

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.

LOCATION: It is near the IT Park which is very accessible to many shops. CHECKIN: Hassle-free. You just need to show ID to the guard for processing and you’re good to go. PLACE: Very clean and a nice home to stay. The key provided is very handy which is good. HOST: Very responsive and is willing to cater to your requests if possible.

Fely is easy to talk to, and she is helpful. She will offer whatever is necessary to help resolve any issue you have within reason. It would be nice if every host was like her. The condo was clean upon my arrival, and the neighbors are quiet. The people living at Tivoli are kind, and the guards were very friendly. It is helpful having laundry, a market, 7-11, and pharmacy right around the corner! Everything you need is a short walk, or ride away. If I am in the area again, I would happily stay here again.

I like the place because it feels homey. It’s also close to the school where I took my exam and near several restaurants. The area is very safe and quiet.

We had a pleasant stay at Flordelyn’s unit! The location is super convenient—right across SM City Cebu, with a coffee shop, laundry, and pharmacy all available at the Lower Ground Floor. The unit itself was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. There were just occasional delays with the elevator, but overall, highly recommended!

First of all the unit is very clean and very comfortable. The location is clean and has a lot of activities for adults and kids. And most importantly the hosts are very responsive, helpful and very accommodating.

The entire stay was okay though the AC didn't cool that much. The Host was very responsive and provided clear instruction from the whole check in and check out process.

Very nice and modern condo. great location, we felt like the pool was ours. Also very close to the gym. Very nice host and staff.

The room is so cozy and fits for group stay. It is highly recommended for those looking for peace and relaxation away from chaos. However, the swimming is always been crowded and has not enough space for they only have 1 pool divided into two. Indeed, overall experience is AMAZING! 😍 Thank you so much. 💙🩵🤍

Out host Gemma is very responsive and accomodating. The place was great with clean accomdation with enough utensils for our cooking needs. The amout we paid for 3 nights stay (there was 4 of us) was not bad. I highly recommed this place or will stay again in the near future. Best location if your planning to join the CCM(cebu city marathon)

The place is peaceful and we love that the unit is in the ground flr. The balcony is facing the pool so we enjoyed hanging out there. It is also very convenient when we had food delivered coz we didn't need to step out to get the orders. The riders just handed them to us at our balcony. The place has everything described and has all the necessities. The bed is very comfy, sheets and towels were fresh. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We actually booked his place twice and will definitely stay at his place again. We had a wonderful and restful stay. Oh and there's a 7/11 right at the main entrance of the property. Wet market is also very close where we got our fresh fish, meat, and vegetables. There's also a sari-sari store across from the entrance that also sells cooked food (carenderia). Pharmacies and bakeries are also close. You can drive there and park at 7/11 or you can take a tricycle. The location is great and the place is wonderful!

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

The balcony has a nice view, and the place was clean and well-maintained. The internet was stable, and having Netflix access was a nice touch. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. I relied on Grab for food and rides, which worked well. Overall, I had a good stay.

Very nice place to stay. All the amenities are perfect. Stores and eateries are very close by. Room was very comfortable.

Dara's Place feels so homey! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The location is super convenient—easily accessible by jeepneys and any form of transportation, and right within the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room is clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared, ensuring a relaxing stay. Although we were always out and didn’t get to use the kitchen utensils, we’re thankful that they had everything we needed, making it perfect for both short and long stays. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, making sure we had a hassle-free experience. I finally found my go-to place every time we visit Cebu. Highly recommended!"

I can see why such positive reviews! The studio is comfortable and somewhere I would stay long term. There is security guards everywhere even wiling to give directions. The 7/11 has an ATM close by the building. It’s easy for Grab car pick ups and food delivery services to access. The pool in front is pretty and gives good energy.

If you're on a budget and would like to stay somewhere quiet. This is the place to be. Home away from home. You can make your coffee, because they have an electric kettle. Cook meals as well. If you're unfamiliar with the place, you should do your grocery before checking in. Wi-Fi is great. I was able to binge on my favorite show on NetFlix. I just hope they could do something about the pressure of the water. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Flexible check-in and check-out is great as we arrived very early in Cebu and our flight back to Manila was late. We ran to some issues but Ms. Darl was very helpful to resolve the issues. The room is pretty spacious and was able to accommodate the 3 of us comfortably.
