The place is nice and the host has very good recommendation. Just that the parking might be difficult, for beginners, because there is not much space.

A large, beautiful villa. Parking inside the courtyard. A big pool with a spacious surrounding area. There is plenty of space behind the house, and a barbecue is available. The balcony on the second floor offers a wonderful view of the sea and nature. Very easy to get to, not far from the road. The owner, Mario, is very friendly. I liked everything, highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home. We felt so comfortable and welcomed. There were so many extras we weren't expecting: snacks, drinks and ice creams; body wash and shampoo; cleaning products, foil/cling film/baking paper, etc. and laundry and dishwashing detergents. The house was spotless, with gorgeous new bathrooms (loved the huge shower enclosure upstairs), a beautiful clean garden and pool, excellent A/C units and quality bedding and towels. Ayca was always fast to respond and went out of her way to help us with anything we needed. We were so sad to leave and can't wait to go back!

Sofia is a great and responsive hostess. The house is in a great location to get anywhere. Nearby there were shops, restaurants and beaches ,cafes and gyms. 15 minutes by car to the center and 25 minutes from the airport. The house is very clean and comfortable, everything is thought out for a vacation with children. When staying in Cyprus, you need a rental car to get the most out of your vacation. The folder had many places to go, including restaurants and attractions, which was very helpful. Thank you for the cool water in the fridge it was very nice. Our family had a great time at this beautiful home!

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

It was a peaceful stay. Thanks to our host, Mr. Alp, open and easy communication and advice about the environment, we were very comfortable. The house was clean, warm and quite enjoyable. It may take a while to get used to the room and bathroom being separated by a curtain, but that's a minor detail. Everything was very comfortable and thoughtfully thought out. In addition, the central location of the house and the lack of parking provided a great convenience. Definitely preferable again 🍀❣️

Very nice apartment. Well-equipped, there was everything you needed to function. Quiet neighborhood, 15-minute walk to the center, 7 minutes to the bus stop. The store is open 24 hours a day. I can recommend living with Rokas with a clear conscience

A lovely little apartment , perfectly proportioned and well stocked and maintained with every little thing we needed for a great holiday. Georgina is a lovely host, very friendly, helpful, and flexible. My partner and I loved staying here. cannot recommend enough!

The region we stayed in is far from the central locations, but if there is a car, we were very comfortable because we rented a car, it is very close to the sea, relaxing, immaculate, everything that will be needed for a family in the house is available and quite clean, there is a barbecue on the balcony, there is a barbecue on the balcony, if the people who will go shopping from the big grocery store very close by, they may not want to leave the house, they are close to the big casinos such as acapulco, elexcus, chamada, crotos,we spent most of the holiday at home due to its comfort and peace of mind. We had the opportunity to stay in this villa for four days and everything was great. The house was spotless, every detail was thought out and carefully prepared for the comfort of the guests. We came across a much nicer environment than the photos. A place you can choose with peace of mind. We would also like to thank the host for their attention and hospitality.

The location of the house was nice and a spacious house. The host tried to assist with anything we communicated. They brought the items that were not in the house on demand. We had a self-induced water shortage of the island, the water was running very little and the water did not heat up due to the season we went because the house was heated by solar energy. The host opened the house next door for us and allowed us to use another bathroom with an electric water heater. Apart from minor mishaps, we would like to thank you for a positive stay

Maria is very helpful and friendly and always ready to help you. She gave clear instructions. The apartment is cosy, clean and equipped with all necessary amenities and equipment. I would return to her apartment if I decide to visit Paralimni again.

The place was really clean The rooms and living room are even better than the pictures, bathroom is perfect. The compound is really peaceful also has a supermarket inside open 24 hours, 1 min walk. And in front of the compound you find many restaurants and supermarkets again.

Peaceful location close to the beaches and restaurants and has two large supermarkets close by. Large outdoor area was great for relaxing. Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed.

Gorgeous, very spacious apartment, absolutely spotless and as described. Gary was very helpful and accommodating, responding quickly with great recommendations. The apartment is perfectly situated, 5 minutes from beautiful Nissi beach and amenities but nice and quiet too. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We had pleasant 3 days at Chris's apartment. Chris was super informative. We got a huuuuuge, detailed message with all necessary information about check-in, neighborhood, shops, restaurants... Literally, everything you should know :)
