Enjoy your stay at Zenia's place. New place, very clean. Air conditioning in the bedroom that works perfectly and feels good. Only small downside, systematically waking up at 6:45 am due to the work and dogs of the neighbors.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 months for work. The apartment is extremely well located, close to beaches, Montjoly 2 shopping center and restaurants. We didn't want for anything and the host was very responsive. The pool is a real asset, quiet and very pleasant. We 100% recommend the apartment!

Ideal location and very easy to access. Very nice accommodation with all the comforts you need. Very pretty and peaceful residence, huge pool surrounded by fairly busy nature and very well maintained. Arrival and departure information sent well in advance. Very responsive to any questions.. I come back to French Guiana regularly for work and will not even look to stay elsewhere if this studio is available. I recommend.

Self check-in, in a secure residence. A charming, impeccable and comfortable apartment. The accommodation is very clean, odorless. If it's not the laundry: a sublime smell of clean (worthy of a laundry commercial)! I've never had that in Guiana... We were with family and we greatly appreciated the extra bed made on our arrival. We have never had such attention: thank you so much Capucine! The bedding is excellent (better than my bed, which is still new)! The accommodation is well arranged and well decorated, cozy. Well-equipped. The apartment has a very large balcony where it is good to eat, in this quiet neighborhood, day or night. To conclude, the apartment is very nice, just like its hostess who remains attentive throughout your stay. The apartment matches the description and photos. There is nothing to complain about both on the accommodation and Capucine's service, whom we wish to continue on Airbnb as a hostess. A safe bet!

Pleasant stay in this studio, good location, clean and perfectly functional! The place fits well with the description and is ideal for visiting the coastline. Only one small problem: the air conditioning could benefit from a slight cleaning, because I felt a slight inconvenience when I woke up. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would recommend it without hesitation!

Very nice accommodation offered by brinda and Franck only small downside it was missing a little cleaning in some rooms which was quickly settled by Brinda's responsiveness again thank you two places that I recommend.
