Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Caye Caulker

Sue-Casa was wonderful! it was even prettier than the photos. Susan, her pup Maverick, and the cat all welcomed us on our arrival. She went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a good one. She arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the water taxi and had bicycles for us to use the remainder of our stay. We felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had an overall great stay at Hotel Laguna. Good: Clean (didn’t see a single bug!), felt safe, rooftop was a great place to hang out, a block from the beach- easy access to restaurants, the bed was comfortable, working shower, clean towels and sheets, close to grocery store and right above veggie/fruit stand, amazing bakery next door too. AC! And a fan over the bed! Ali was VERY responsive and super friendly. You can rent a golf cart from him. Fridge/freezer included. We boiled water daily on the stovetop and used it to make coffee (standard pot provided) and ice cubes. Purchased drinking water from the grocery near bye. Belize is hot! Great to have access to ice cubes. Cons: The pool was dirty, we let Ali know the pump wasn’t working and it never got fixed. Bummer as day 1-3 it was amazing to hang in the pool on the roof and watch sunsets! We would stay here again. Please be mindful this is a 3rd world country. The place is very simple and has what you need, nothing extra.

Great location and the rooftop pool and lounge area was even better than the pics! Great view! The rooftop area alone was worth the money! We'd definitely recommend to family and friends!

Zenaidas place was very convenient to get to the airport from and everything in the city was close. I had no trouble getting in contact with her and the pool was very nice looking even though we didn’t swim.

From the first minute, I reached Francis he responded me surprisingly fast. I must say it’s impressive. I don’t know how he does everything he does and keep it all flowing impeccably he keeps his property in pristine condition. He even met us at the dock and brought us himself back to the Airbnb. His staff was also very helpful. I would recommend his property 100% one thing to notice is it’s out of town enough to be nice and quiet yet close enough to walk in he does provide bicycles which we used. They were in excellent condition and we were able to get to the things we need to within 10 minutes.I’d love to come back and stay here again!

We stayed in San Pedro Belize and were hosted by Chelsea at Stingray Station “Eagle Ray Suite” Chelsea communicated with us prior to our arrival in order to make arrangements to pick us up at the water taxi dock by a taxi who brought us to Eagle Ray Suite. Once there Chelsea met us there and had assistance to carry our luggage. We arrived to a clean and updated one bedroom apartment that was plenty big enough for the two of us. It also had washer and dryer accessible if needed. She provided coffee, as well as purified water and a few snacks. That was a good touch. She also offered some places we could try out as far as to grab a bite, have some cocktails, and hear some local music. A few things to note is that the plumbing fixtures were a little loose but they worked fine. There was plenty of hot water. We could also hear the small planes overhead, but that’s all over the island, and not at night. On the day our departure Chelsea was there to offer assistance too. Will stay again.

Luz and Dale are exceptional hosts. Friendly, communicative, and very helpful to make you feel welcome and enjoy your time in San Pedro. The unit is private, safe, and walkable to many restaurants and stores.

We stayed here on our way to Caye Caulker, so it was a short stay - really just one full day. We were able to easily experience sights on the mainland - this Airbnb also offers tours that we took advantage of. We were able to customize our tour and did it at the last minute, which was awesome - we visited the howler monkey sanctuary and got to feed a howler monkey and 2 baby monkeys, we horseback rode, and we visited Altun Ha. We had a tour guide for the sanctuary and the ruins and both guides were amazing. Raymond facilitated our day as well as our entire stay and he made sure that we were able to do what we wanted and was extremely accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. (and patient!) We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to people; the only issue we had was that it is isolated and requires a short taxi ride to really wherever you want to go. Again, the hosts definitely help you with that, but it is something to be aware of. We had a great time!
