We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Big pool, Nice sunset, dirty kitchen, and nice big house. What you see in the pics is what you will get once you book here. Karaoke is not included in the amenities though, paid separate of 800 for the karaoke. Weekends have quick power interruptions. over-all, nice big place and full kitchen appliances 🫶🏻

We had a fantastic stay at Marylen’s place in Camaya Coast! The unit was spotless, well-appointed, and felt like a true home away from home. Everything was thoughtfully prepared—from fresh linens to kitchen essentials—making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The view was stunning, and the beach was just a short walk away. Marylen was an exceptional host—warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating. She made sure we had all the details we needed for a smooth check-in and even gave us great local tips. We had a great stay! Perfect for family--kids and pets! Hosts were very friendly and we felt right at home.

We loved Rey’s casa Charlene because it’s clean, peaceful, and looks better than the photos. It doesn’t look very impressive in photos but it’s actually bigger, with high ceilings and a loft-like second floor room. It’s good value for money because it can comfortably sleep 14 people. A family of 4 can sleep in one room, another family of 4 in another room, and as many as 6 people in the room upstairs. I love that you can swim in your own pool, they have cable tv, videoke, strong wifi, and a large android tv for watching youtube. The kitchen is simple but complete with a gas stove, microwave, pots and pans, hot and cold water dispenser, a refrigerator, and good quality plates and cutlery. Plus, dishwasking liquid and a new sponge. The 2 separate toilet and bathrooms are small and could use some updating, but they’re clean and the water pressure is very strong. They also provide towels , toilet paper, and shampoo and hand / body wash. Thanks, Babeth and onsite caretaker Gelo

It's our second time spending our company outing at Gabie's place. The entire place is extremely spacious, with several rooms for all of us to have groups in private quarters of our own. The beach front is gorgeous. The sunsets are always so breathtaking and the water is beautiful and still. It's private so there's no noise and we get it all to ourselves. The kitchen is well stocked, the caretakers are absolutely amazing and helpful. There's a Selecta store right across the place which makes buying things easier for us. The only cons that we have are the signal and wifi. We have no signal at all, which is a plus if you don't want to be bothered, but it was also a struggle for us to communicate. The wifi is mostly concentrated near the kitchen and didn't really reach our rooms near the beach. There are also stingless jellyfishes (lesser this time), but there's another larger kind that stung my sister. Still a gorgeous place. Well maintained and we loved coming back! Always recommend

Although there were issues with the electricity and shower power, everything else was of great value! Would recommend this for those with a budget and looking for a peaceful place

It has been a pleasant stay. We were there for a team planning session. There is a lot of spaces to gather both indoor and outdoor for our workshops and social activities. The view from the house is spectacular. Apart from the superb property, their staff and service are commendable. The staff are well-trained and attentive but very discreet. The food that they served are also great. We brought steak and seafood for grilling which their team helped us prepare. I highly recommend the place even for corporate planning / teambuilding sessions.

It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy beds and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication a breeze. We especially appreciated the little extras like fresh towels, coffee, and clear instructions for everything in the house. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway!

We have enjoyed our stay, the Kubo feels natural to stay - it's air conditioned and the toilet is superb! Swimming pool can be covered on a hot weather and it feels warm on a cold night. The place has different rooms ideal for couple, family, friends and team bondings. I will definitely recommend. There is part of the road that is rough but it's already being addressed to be cemented in progress.

Mrs. Reyes and the caretaker were welcoming. We went there at morning and they were so easy to talk to. Mrs. Reyes messaged me the day before the trip and gave me tips and instructions that helped us a lot. The house is clean, though some of the things and facilities are old. We enjoyed the water activities in the beach but we stayed for the swimming pool until night. The caretakers can be easily spotted if you need help. They also gave us complimentary softdrinks and bibingka, and let us park early even if we didn't check in yet. The house is comfortable, the beds were sufficient for us 16 guests, and the air conditioner are enough to provide cool. We also enjoyed the videoke and my mother cooked with ease thanks to the appliances. Overall, the price of the rest house is very worth it. Highly recommended!

We had such an amazing time here! The sea view is absolutely stunning, and the sunrise each morning was just wow. Everything about this place made us feel super relaxed and happy. Big thanks to Kuya Jhong—he’s super nice and always ready to help with anything we needed. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever booked. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Sunshine’s Place – The Cove House! Early check-in and late check-out let us enjoy two full days, a rare and thoughtful perk. The house is beautifully designed, with well-thought-out furnishings and decor. Beds are comfy with sturdy frames, and the kitchen is fully equipped—perfect for those who love to cook. Lots of entertainment options: dipping pool, karaoke, board games, darts, bingo, UNO, etc. The house faces southwest, so while it offers a superb overlooking view of the beach, the balcony, dining, kitchen, and living areas can get very hot in the afternoon. We wished though that there was air-conditioning in this part of the house to cool down the area. Also, while there is beach access, it’s not something to expect much from. Important note: the main living area is on the 3rd floor, which may not be ideal for seniors or guests with mobility issues. Overall, a fun and relaxing stay, perfect for group of friends and families!

We checked in late at night, but Ms. Jeanne was kind enough to let us extend our stay at no extra charge, as long as there were no incoming guests. Sir Mark was very reliable and quick to respond whenever we had requests. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

While the beach wasn't the typical postcard-perfect white sand, its easy accessibility was a huge plus for quick dips and enjoying the ocean breeze. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality – the staff and host were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a spacious and welcoming place with convenient beach access and outstanding service!

The host was incredibly accommodating, especially on such short notice. The location was perfect, with safe and convenient parking. The internet was fast, and the room was super spacious—seriously, way more room than expected! If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely stay here. Thanks again for a great stay!

The host is very welcoming & accommodating, from the last-minute booking, from how we were welcomed & the manner on how feedback was received. I & my family felt at home right away, a home away from home. We have full access to the kitchen, wide dining area, a lot of space to hang around, warm & cozy pool & bar and the view is fantastic (IG worthy)! Though there were areas in the house where internet connection is intermittent, but hey we are on vacation --- it is a time to unwind, reset & recharge as the house is so peaceful & there are a number of activities to do where you & your family could have some screen "time off" and bond. The "sungka" at the pool area was unexpected and creates lots of fun :) The guest rooms were not connected to the main house so be ready to climb up & down the stairs so if you some elder members of the family or small children this is something that you need to consider. Overall, our stay was a perfect and we can't wait for our next vacation.

Very beautiful place! I celebrated my birthday with my family and friends, and we really had fun. The place could be a venue for intimate events. Really big house, and very beautiful overlooking. Pool was awesome and rooms are spacious. Kitchen and dinning are really great! And the care takers are nice. And Alice is really accommodating, kind and responses really well. This was a great place for family fun. The house is beautiful and neat, the surrounding areas are beautiful and peaceful and there is a nice recreation room for activities like pool and karaoke and board games - something for everyone! I couldn’t think of a better place within driving distance from Manila to spend a few quality days than here. I hope to be back soon!
