L'Ombrière is a beautiful 18th-century residence located 5 km from the medieval city of Sarlat, and is 200 m from the tremendous Château de Montfort , which is also a fascinating village in the Dordogne valley. Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses de Quercy, in the south west of France, our little treasure is well placed for discovering all the beautiful sites of the Lot. Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

This traditional renovated 200 m2 cottage is on 3 levels. On the ground floor, a vestibule with foosball table, laundry room and courtyard. On the 1st floor, a living room with dining room, two inserts, an equipped kitchen and a terrace. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom and toilet. The top floor consists of a dormitory with 4 single beds, 1 double bed, toilet and bathroom. A cozy, charming place to share moments with family or friends!
