A perfect apartment, next to the center, quiet and very clean with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host is very responsive and very pleasant! Enough to make the most of our weekend.

Responsiveness and great hospitality

Listing as described, great location in a quiet cul-de-sac. The grocery store and small touches are very much appreciated. Yan was very welcoming and responsive.

Mathieu is a very likeable, generous and helpful host. Located on the first floor of a small, lively pedestrian street, shops and great restaurants are right nearby. Opposite is a special store for knives. The Papal Palace is almost around the corner. We have made use of the great opportunity to park for free on the outskirts of the city in the parking lot of Les Italy. From there, a free shuttle bus runs almost directly to Mathieu's apartment. Communication and check-in/check-out went great. There were four of us in Mathieu's apartment, it worked well. The towels were of very good quality. Since the apartment is centrally located, there are also noises from the passers-by and street cleaning at night/morning, but that's the way it is in the city. Mathieu recommended the garden/park upstairs at the Papal Palace, where it was nice in the heat. A great place to stay for two days to explore Avignon and stay original locally!

The stairs were a concern for us. I did not realize when I booked that beds were upstairs and bathroom was downstairs. Stairs are very narrow; you have to come down sideways. Probably not a good place for older people, though we got used to it and did fine (age 75). Kitchen was very well equipped with nice things. Olive oil, salt and pepper were appreciated. We walked and drove up to Roussillon easily. Beautiful area!

Very nice accommodation worth the price. We had 4 good days. Very welcoming person and his wife. Very accommodating. Very nice. Very pretty house, all amenities , thank you really and maybe another time if the opportunity arises we will come back to this house.

We spent a week in Karine's house: very nice and spacious house, calm and quiet location, lots of privacy, beautiful surroundings, beautiful villages and nature and friendly people. We'd love to come back because this was a great place.

Very peaceful nights; no noise

I cannot possibly praise Nicole as a host enough. I happen to travel rather frequently and I've never met a host as friendly, responsive and ready to help as Nicole. The house is very well located, within walking distance (10 min or so) to almost everywhere in the remarkable town of Arles. The place is spacious and has a lot of character. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at little Florian's. The place was very clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The private apartment is peaceful. Enjoyed eating on the terrace. We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful villa! The place is very nice, quiet and ideal to recharge. The jacuzzi was a real plus, a pure moment of relaxation. The nights were peaceful thanks to the comfort of the premises. Everything was perfect, we will come back without hesitation!

Arriving at an Airbnb is always a treat. Arriving at Larysa’s apartment was as we expected. Quirky, rustic, well-equipped. It’s the rustic quirkiness we enjoyed but if want sterile hotel-like this is not the place you. Plenty of space. Great location. Easy parking nearby. We loved it.
