The apartment is very comfortable, well decorated and pleasant, with all the necessary equipment and utensils, and Vitor, our host, is very friendly, always responding quickly and kindly to our inquiries. The condominium is excellent, on the sand, great pool, restaurant that also serves the pool and the beach, which is wonderful and even looks like a private beach of the condominium. Perfect stay.

The host was extremely helpful from the beginning, providing all the information we need to find the location with ease. It also gave us great suggestions of nearby restaurants, which was a difference. The apartment was in perfect condition, with a well-equipped kitchen and all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The room was comfortable and cozy. Our stay was quiet and no problem at all. I highly recommend it for sure!

We stayed for 10 days at Janderson's house as a family of 8 and had an excellent experience. The house accommodated everyone very well, with space and comfort for all family members. The outdoor area is a separate highlight, with a swimming pool, barbecue and a very nice deck that we were able to reserve to receive some guests with tranquility. The location is also great, close to Cumbuco Beach, which made our walks and trips to the beach easy. Janderson was always very attentive and available for any questions or needs during the stay. We strongly recommend hosting! We stayed for 10 days at Janderson's place as a family of 8 and had an amazing experience. The house comfortably accommodated everyone, with plenty of space and comfort for the whole family. The stay on the days we stayed was great. We had been in contact with Paulo since before arriving in Fortaleza because we needed to enter before the check-in stipulated here in the app, he gave us tips on places to go and it was very easy with us. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, we barely took an Uber due to the proximity of restaurants, cafes and the like. My wife, cousin and aunts liked it a lot too, beautiful apartment, very clean and complete, surprised me a lot. What could be better: I needed to use the TV a few days and it froze a lot and was slow, it could help with that. The shower stall could be bigger (but I'm 6'2" so it could just be my thought), the wifi was bad at times, since there were 6 of us and there were more people in the other apartment, I only used mobile data anyway, but the wifi is good for the expense, you could have at least one more TV in the suite and maybe an airfryer, which would be more luxury. Otherwise it was wonderful, full kitchen and very large apartment! Thank you, Paulo.

My lodging in this apê was wonderful. In addition to the place being amazing, very close to the center and the beach, the staff of the hotel always helpful and clean and comfortable, the service of the host Marcelo was very good. It's definitely a place that would come back and I'll come back more often.

To this day, my best accommodation I've done on Airbnb. Pavol is a 10-star host, super flexible in terms of check-in and check-out, I have no words to describe how helpful he was to us. The apartment is very cosy and the location is good. It’s a bit further from the city center but this was not a problem for us. We were on the ground floor and we liked it a lot since we had a lot of space and view on the garden. The condominium is very nice, the pool, the fitness, spa area, restaurant etc. The employees were friendly and always willing to help. Yeda is also very friendly and responsive. I would for sure recommend this place and would love to come back.

It is about 2km from the centrinho, which the night is a great place to visit, enjoy good food and good music. Undoubtedly the swimming pool, one of the differentials, in front of the apartment's balcony, is there anything better? All the employees of the super gentle, educated condominium, received us excellently well. I highly recommend it!

Excellent stay, very cozy apartment, beautiful decor, wonderful beds, which makes it even difficult to leave the house, it's so cozy. We got a rainy week and it was great, I binged on TV series and movies, getting very comfortable. The pool is great, my son had a lot of fun, on Saturday there is recreation for the children, the Center is close, we even went by municipal collective "bora de graça" to the beach. It was almost ten days of a lot of enjoyment, a well-deserved vacation and feeling at home, only by the sea... my family and I were very satisfied and grateful... Pepe and Nildes did a great job on this apartment..
