Alex & Diana’s home is truly a gem. They are beyond thoughtful and hospitable. Such kind hosts with such a lovely home. Perfect location and great home layout. My mom and I stayed along with my emotional support dog and we definitely would love to come back!

Home was large, had a full kitchen, living room and dining room. Bathrooms were big. Location is down a narrow street close to excellent restaurants and bars in Miramar. Big grocery store is two blocks away, greenway for running is very close. I would gladly stay there again.

We loved it, a very quiet and beautiful place and the beaches and places are very beautiful and easy to get to. 🥰 We left very grateful for the good service and the place is very clean and well decorated. 💯 We would return in the future

The house was perfect for our group - two families with teen boys. The pool was used a lot and you have your choice to stay in the neighborhood for the beach or go down the road to Dorado Beach. The boys also enjoyed the basketball court a walk away. Debora was a great host. She responded quickly whenever we needed something and was very flexible. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was beautiful with breathtaking views. The host was really friendly, helpful, he was very polite and made our stay like home. Will definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

We had a great stay here. The place is walkable and close to great restaurants. The view from the balcony of the ocean was beautiful. It was peaceful falling asleep to the sound of the waves nearby. The space was nice and spacious for us. Would highly recommend.

We will be back. Me and my wife stayed for the week. My family lives 5 minutes away. Carlos was more than courteous. He allowed us to even try the cocoa plant and even brought us some snacks. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I know they’re only 6 months on Airbnb at this point. But let me assure you, no issues arose in our stay.

Joselyn is very friendly. She always answers all the questions. I tell them I didn't find anything wrong. Everything is fabulous. I recommend it. I would give it more than 5 stars. Honestly, everything is close. I hope to return soon

It's was really easy to find.. Everything was excellent. At a good location. Cataño Plaza is at 3 minutes away, ferry is as 5 minutes away, very good restaurant and alot of fun stuff to do with kids...

Gorgeous building! & stunning unit! When I say this place is so extremely safe…. No one is getting in that isn’t supposed to be there! Never felt unsafe at all! Even walking in the area after dark to some fantastic nearby restaurants! It took us until the 2nd day to realize we had not been locking the door when we left, we thought it locked automatically, and there were no problems! (Push the button at bottom of keypad to lock it when leaving) Loved the huge full length mirrors! Very spacious! It was just 2 of us this trip but a larger group would have been very comfortable! Great location! Close to nearby sights, beaches, restaurants, night life! Exceptionally clean! Smelled clean & fresh every time we entered! The full size washer/dryer were super nice! As well as the dishwasher bc no one wants to do dishes on vaca! Elevators are very fast, and prompt when called for! Gorgeous views as well! Thank u! We will happily stay again!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotlessly clean, exactly as described, and incredibly comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout the entire experience, which made everything easy and stress-free. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing stay! Not to mention the upstairs neighbors who also help take care of the place are wonderful and helpful. I would rent again.

Sergio’s place was a charming little guest house in San Juan. From the detailed explanation of check in, a designated parking spot, comfortable bed and sofa bed, the place was full of charm. What stood out the most was how quick Sergio was to communicate and ensure that I had the best stay possible. Do yourself a favor and book this Airbnb for your visit to San Juan!

Our host Ivan was great. Our first night we had a little situation but he fixed it right away which we were thankful for. If you have any issues or questions he will fix it. We had a great stay here visiting Puerto Rico for the first time. It felt very secure getting into our place, and once you remember which keys are for which gate it becomes a lot faster getting back in. There are roosters in the early morning but we enjoyed the sounds. We loved that we could walk to the beach & enjoy the restaurants nearby. If you like burgers i recommend Prole Artisan Burgers nearby walking distance!! As a group of 6 we did have to buy an extra pack of toilet paper so I wish there was a bit more but he did provide soaps for us & the kitchen also had the essentials. The neighbor in front will try to get you to park on his property but you can just park on the sidewalk in front of the place. We made it work & we rented a big van. We would stay here again, thanks Ivan!
