Vacation rentals with beach access in Casamance

René's house is located in the villa district directly on the hill at the beach. You will experience Africa differently here and much more authentically than if you were a tourist in a hotel. The rooms are very large and airy. René and his wife are very friendly and helpful - we will be back!

A really nice, humble place to stay. With the ocean right next to it, one can really enjoy and relax. There was no communication problem at all, we could reach out anytime and got help very fast. We can really recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay. It was very easy to get to, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and a few essentials (salt, pepper, coffee, oil, etc.). Cooking was definitely the move, even if you can walk to the town of Cap Skirring on the beach (30 mins or so). One of the most satisfying vacations I've had in a long time.

Nathalie's place is everything you could possibly want from your Airbnb. Extremely close to the sea as well as the city, this is the perfect place to relax! I've spent two weeks here with a friend, and Nathalie has been incredibly welcoming and friendly. I would highly suggest this stay to everyone! Thanks again Nathalie :)

This home was beautiful!! Close to the beach and turntables where there are many shops to find items you may need. Enna was very helpful and friendly. I love the restaurant that is on premise. The wings, grilled fish and cow foot soup were delicious!! Will definitely stay again.

Valerie's house is very nice. The rooms are spacious, the living room, the equipped kitchen, the bathrooms and especially the porch, which is what we used the most. The cook Gisele is spectacular, totally recommended, Emilio the gardener is very nice. Just outside the development you can buy basic products and if not in the village, anything you need Gisele can bring it too. The beach is 5 minutes away and is spectacular. The pool area is also very nice. There were 8 of us and we were very comfortable. We've had some water cuts, that can be improved. Otherwise, the stay was great.

We had a dream stay in this beautiful quiet house, even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is very comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the beach just below. Communication with Lavinia has always been very simple, she helped us find equipment for our baby before we arrived and plan some shopping. A big thank you also to Alain the very nice caretaker and always available to help. We'll be happy to go back!

Really cozy and nicely decorated home and peaceful surroundings. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach, where there are a few bars, as well as small local mini shops where you can buy the essentials. But it's a good idea to shop bigger before you get to the home. The hosts came by every day to water the garden and they were always very nice and helpful. And we ate with them a few times, which was really cozy: -) It's definitely a place I would recommend and I will definitely book it again for my next stay: -)

Clean, spacious, very well-decorated accommodation. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is accessible within a few minutes' walk. André was very kind to us. We had a pleasant stay. I recommend it.

The host helped us a lot, recommending plans and restaurants, and managing herself struggles of these exits. He was always available to make our stay very nice. I would definitely repeat

Beautiful house and property. Far enough from town that it's quiet but close enough that you can go in to buy things and explore. The sandy forested trails near the house are beautiful to walk through. Would love to return someday. Two thumbs up!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Papou in Casamance. Correspondence has been taken over by Luc who was quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful. In Senegal, we were met at the nearby village by Gerard the caretaker who is very kind and highly knowledgeable about the region. Nene the cook/maid served us dishes from Casamance which were delicious. If you don't have a car it is far from the nearest village but Gerard can get you what you need or arrange a taxi. Both Gerard and Nene were thoughtful and generous and made our stay very special. The house and surrounding area is beautiful. There are actually two buildings, one with the bedrooms and en suite bathrooms and another for the kitchen and outdoor dining/lounge area. It is a relaxing, peaceful location, close to the ocean and a great place to bird watch! We definitely want to return!

This was an amazing stay !!

I came to relax and that's just what I did. The balcony had a breathtaking view of the ocean. I was however awakened by the birds each morning a different one almost each time. The beach is within eyesight but further than it appears. In my opinion it's best to drive there especially if it's hot. The security guy was awesome! I think he has lifetime friends in us now. All utensils and supplies are there. My only con would be the water. The electrity had a few issues as well but they worked hard to figure it out. Occasionally the water would be out as well and once we let Joy or security know, it was taken care of. I enjoyed my stay and I appreciate Joy and her crew for their hospitality.
